Met with Josh B. at the Saline store to add a line & transfer another line and he was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Very personable and knowledgeable. Had us in and out in a short period of time. Set the bar very high for customer service in my opinion. Thank you for the experience and service Josh. Outstanding service! I met my Mom there with my two young kids in tow. The plan was to upgrade her phone and possibly my husbands. We ended up getting new phones for both of them plus upgrading mine as well since they offered us such fantastic deals. We even upgraded our plan to a better one for less then what we were paying before. They were completely understanding of my kids and did their best to get us out of there quickly.Its a 45 minute drive here for me but completely worth it and Ill definitely be back! I highly recommend this location for all your cell phone needs.

I previously posted a positive review w/ 5 stars; however, I have no choice but to make a revision due to negative after-sales services. I believed in their Sales pitch, but the promotion they repeatedly promised me was never applied to my Verizon bill even though it has almost been three months since my purchase. Additionally, they stopped responding to my email inquiries. Please be aware.======================================.I am not a tech savvy and need a lot of help. The wireless consultant, Mr. Alex Day was absolutely patient, very informative, professional, and respectful. Additionally, he took time to answer my blunt questions regarding bills in such great detail and completely cleared my confusion, which was caused by a Verizon customer care staff. I highly recommend him without any reservation.

My experience was excellent!

I appreciated the kind service they provide but it left me with some doubts about how knowledgeable they were of Verizon procedures and policies. I picked up a smartphone I bought online and I was told it would activate and replace the flip phone in the associated line once I picked the new phone. I was puzzled since the phone was a gift and I wanted to activate the smartphone once the person who received it wanted it. I took the risk and got the phone but immediately call the person Id gift the smartphone and weirdly, the line was still working on the flip phone. So story short, contact Verizon customer service first if you want the most accurate information.

Brett and Alex are extremely knowledgeable and were very helpful in helping my family upgrade to an unlimited plan and also upgrading our phones. Though this isn’t the closest Verizon store to my home, I’d definitely come back if I need anything.

I came in just before closing to buy a phone. There was complicated and I needed a lot of and holding and instruction. Chrysalis extremely patient and got me just the right phone and a lot of good instruction to boot. Hes a great employee.

I was helped by Josh who was extremely helpful. I was having issues with my iPhone not charging properly and Josh did some troubleshooting (it turns out there was simply dust stuck in my phone) which solved the issue. On top of that he clearly explained the benefits of upgrading to different iPhone models (my phone is over 5 years old). I definitely intend to come back to this branch in the future should I need any help with my phone or when I’m ready to upgrade. I highly recommend this Verizon branch.

Leah was incredibly helpful with updating my cell service and device. She explored every possible option to make my old iPhone work again. When that didnt happen, she offered me options for a more affordable plan on a new device. I cant say that integrating the new device was easy, but that was no fault of her own. Much love to Leah and shes a fabulous representative.

Leah is the absolute best! I am from Texas and was visiting Michigan for the week while moving my daughter into her dorm at The University of Michigan. I dropped my phone rendering it beyond repair. I was extremely stressed and Leah was so kind and helpful. She patiently went over ever option that was available to me and never made me feel rushed even though I was the last customer of the day. I left with a fully backed up new phone at the best possible price. Leah is a true gem!

Jess was absolutely fantastic with helping me switch over to Verizon and choose a new phone. She was very knowledgeable about a wide variety of products and gave me her honest opinion about the benefits and drawbacks or strengths and weaknesses of the different options for phones, accessories, plans, etc. I never felt pressured to buy anything and appreciated her insights. She also had a positive, upbeat attitude both days I was in the store which made the experience more fun as well.

Brian was WONDERFUL! Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! He worked with my daughter and I for more than an hour, not only guiding us in choosing the right phones for our needs, but instructing us on how to use them! He went above and beyond by going in to work the next day on his day off to get our phones activated since the Verizon site was down when we were there to pick out our phones! After getting the phones activated, he then delivered them personally to us and gave us even further instruction on their use! Great experience! Would definitely return!

This was absolutely the most positive experience I have ever had with Verizon either on the phone or in a store. I worked with Anthony who was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He actually took the time to show me how to perform certain functions on my phone I was having trouble with. He made sure I understood what I was doing so that I could make the corrections myself in the future. He was also able to save me money on my plan after I had repeatedly called and gotten no help from the 800 number.I cannot recommend this store and its staff highly enough. They strive to be a part of the community and be welcoming and helpful. They succeed on all fronts.

What a refreshing experience. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by two amiable associates, eager to help me straight out the gates. One associate in particular went above and beyond in explaining and answering my Apple-specific questions, even after realizing the product I was searching for didnt exist at this location. I was there to upgrade my cell phone to smart phone (Galaxy S4) in the early morning on 10/9. I received a very warm welcome from Anthony and Danielle. Anthony explained S4 very well to me and helped me to download all the original files (including phone list) from cell to S4. He would prepare/examine the rebate forms for me vs. other stores might hide from you. In summary, its a very pleasant shopping experience. I enjoyed/appreciated it!

My husband and I checked out this store and were extremely impressed with the service we received! It went above and beyond all expectations that the positive reviews had lead us to believe. Anthony helped us for the most part and was ridiculously patient as we asked hundreds of questions and sat around pondering what we wanted to do. He was very straightforward and laid things out quite clearly for us. Colleen and Danielle were also in store and jumped to help us and any other customers whenever they had a chance. I was frazzled because my screen was broken, rendering my phone useless. Danielle took great care of me. Because I had no insurance and my contract wasnt due to be renewed, getting a new phone presented a challenge.Danielle was understanding and did her best to help me. Not only did she exceed my expectations, she was fun and personable. She made me feel like my happiness was valuable.She got me a brand new phone, and new accessories (with some maneuvering) for much less than I expected to pay. remember, no insurance and my contract wasnt up. I walked out only paying $170.00 for the whole process. we worked it out so my bill would stay the same each month.I left feeling very well taken care of. this is an example of great customer service. This is probably the best Verizon location Ive ever been to. It wasnt super packed like most Verizon stores and both the employees that were there at the time were really personable and knowledgeable. Mike helped us and he was awesome!! He was really willing to help and gave us resources for later use in case our problems persisted. He also stayed after closing time and got me hooked up with a new iPhone- quick and easy. Great experience :-)

Brandon was awesome we had an initial contact with him 2 years ago when we received our s7s. So when we reached at time to upgrade, i called the Verizon store that we last went to and found that he had left to go to another location. I searched the Verizon stores in the area and found Brandon went to his new current location and we had a great time getting our new S8 and S8+. Brandon went above and beyond everything involving getting the new phones. The man even answered my questions on his personal time at home. Due to my time constraints he bent over backwards to accommodate me. Brandon is an excellent employee for Verizon and Verizon should hold all of their employees up to Brandon standards and professionalism.

We cant say enough about our experience at this Verizon location. Both of the employees were very helpful. We primarily worked with Danielle and she was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! Seriously the best Verizon store on the planet. Everyone in the store is fantastic and extremely honest, personally tailoring to whats best for you. Colleen gave me a burner phone when my iPhone 5 went down, and a few weeks later, Anthony set me up on a brand new iPhone 6 along with the Edge plan, saving around $6 per month on paying off the phone. Shipments take a while to get in, but I highly recommend this store even for students from out of town. Its that good.

This is definitely the best Verizon Ive ever been to. The store is clean and bright, the employees are friendly and its never too packed. I came in to upgrade my iPhone 4S to a 5C. They were out of stock of the 5C but ordered it and it came in 2 days later. I went in to activate my new phone and everything went great. Danielle was so nice and friendly, not to mention very helpful! She even offered to help set my boyfriend up with activating the 4S on his account. We stopped by later in the night (happened to be midnight madness) and the store had wine, beer and chocolate for its customers. Were so satisfied! Thanks Colleen and Danielle!

Several weeks ago my old phone died and I was in need of a new one. I stopped at this location and Danielle helped me to select a phone based on my needs. My wife and I were so happy with how helpful, knowledgeable and informative Danielle was that when my wife decided to upgrade to a new phone that we opted to go back to this location versus going through the Verizon website. She not only helped with the upgrade, but also ended up saving us a lot of money moving forward by changing our plan to something far better than what we had that ended up costing less per month. Id highly recommend anyone going to this location and speaking with Danielle or any of the other excellent staff members there!

I called the Verizon store last week to ask for advice because the internet on my phone was loading very slowly. Brandon answered and took the time to walk me through several questions to figure out what was going on. He gave me some tips on how to speed up my connection. I was happy with the advice I received and decided to see how the connection worked over the next few days.A week later I was having similar issues, so I went in to the store and spoke to Jess. She helped me through my issue and even got me a new SIM card. I was very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of service at this store!

A big thank you to Doug Miller, one of the store representatives who went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my phone purchase. I upgraded my phone in store, but wasnt happy with the new model I received (switched to an android). By then, I had traveled outside of Michigan. Doug worked with me over the phone (many calls back and forth) to make sure I got a replacement through secure mail delivery. I experienced uninterrupted phone service throughout the entire swapping process and all billing adjustments were sorted out quickly. This was truly above and beyond the service I expected. Extremely impressed with the customer service at this location. My brother and I came in to upgrade and there were some issues with our account. Danielle went above and beyond answering all of our questions, making multiple phone calls, and ultimately getting everything straightened out. The store became very busy while she was trying to figure things out and she demonstrated exceptional time management skills, making sure other customers knew they were a priority without skipping a beat on our issues. Oh look, this store says it opens at 9a both on its store front door and on its Google store front page. I was there at 9a, they werent open. I grabbed a coffee, bought a lovely pepper grinder from a nearby store that actually adheres to its posted times. Good experience knowing when places open.Came back at 9:45a. Met a nice guy outside of the store who was also waiting for them to open. We were both pretty confused about the stores hours. We hung around until 10a, when they still werent open.I have no idea when this store opens, but boy am I tired of trying to figure out.

Recently bought my second phone from this store, and the staff continues to go above and beyond serving their customers. Ive worked with 3 separate people at this store over the course of 3 years, and have always had a very positive experience. I stopped in for some help with a customer service issue and they were EXTREMELY helpful in a situation that really didnt benefit this store at all. I wasnt buying anything from them but they were still very friendly. I will definitely go back the next time I do need to purchase something however.

Dang. As my sister mentioned, we came in to the store ready to get our hands on the iPhone 5s. It was a complicated process, since there were a bunch of customer service hoops to jump through, but Danielle killed it. She handled us with respect, knew what she was doing, was compassionate, multi-tasked better than Ive ever seen (dealing with more than one customer at once), and was totally genuine in her delivery. She made us feel at ease, and didnt stop working for us until we walked out with our new phones. I would recommend this branch in particular to anybody in the Ann Arbor area. We were treated with kindness, we werent made to feel like burdens, though we consumed about an hour and a half of Danielles time.

My phone got stolen and literally everyone at this store did everything they could to help me out. It was an amazing and perfect phone store experience! They should all get a huge raise and expanded compensation package.

Michael Trela provided a superior experience to my husband and me in upgrading our iPhone. We were out of contract and had dealt with three other providers in the past with nothing like Mikes service, knowledge and general helpfulness. The store is very conveniently located. Mike went above and beyond in explaining the details to my husband who has worked on computers since 1951 and had finally made the decision to get an iPhone 5S at age 86!

The staff in this store are the best! I went to the store because I was having a problem with my phone. They were polite and professional, both on the phone and in person. Ive been to both stores on Washtenaw Avenue and didnt have such a great experience. Completely different at the Man Street store. Danielle was the person who helped me. The Customer Service here is great. I went into Verizon to purchase my first Smart Phone. I did some research beforehand and really had my heart set on a Nexus One. I knew beforehand that Verizon doesnt sell Nexus so I was already thinking of switching to AT&T. I asked the customer service rep, Nicholas, what Verizon usually recommended in place of the Nexus and added that I really wanted a 4G Android phone. He presented me with three options and gave me thorough information on each. He wasnt trying to up sell at all (which I really appreciate because as a first time smart phone user it would have been easy to trick me into buying a huge data plan I didnt need) and I felt very comfortable talking with him. After I chose my phone he even gave me a run through of the Droid Charge and helped me set up my personal accounts. Right after I bought the phone there was an issue with the Network where I couldnt send text messages. I went back to the store and was helped right away. Although I still wish Verizon offered Nexus phones, Im overall very satisfied with the customer service I received and with the Droid Charge--very cool phone.

I called ahead to ask whether a certain phone was in stock, and Nick ended up driving to the Jackson Rd store to pick it up for me! Service was excellent all around. Everyone was helpful and informative without that pushy sales vibe. I ended up with the windows Nokia and some accessories, and couldnt be happier!

Michael helped me out and did everything he could to revive my broken phone—literally everything. He called multiple verizon service people to get their advice when he couldnt figure out anything to do for the phone. He even called other companies that might be able to fix it. He was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with and altogether made the hassle of getting a new phone much easier than at any other Verizon store Ive been to.

My Wife and I stopped into the store last Wednesday to get new phones. Michael and Danielle were TREMENDOUS! Mike walked us through everything including getting us set up for the rebates and also saved us a lot of money on our plan each month. Danielle helped our son play games on the phones and Ipad for close to 2 hours. Our visit went long and Mike actually stayed open until to 9pm as we were finishing up. We plan on coming back to this place of business for all our Verizon needs. Thank you again Mike and Danielle for all your help that evening and sorry for keeping you both late!
