This will be my Fed Ex store Forever. I was there in the nik of time to get my package out on 9/12/21. That man that CARED for me went above and beyond for me. I was having a extremely stressful day. Came in for a finger print scanning and arrived almost an hour early because of poor planning on my part. The shop owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. We began the appointment a minute after I walked in, and he had me walking out of the door in less than 5 minutes. He was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable of the process--he couldnt have made it easier on me. Highly recommend this store for their quick and knowledgeable service!

I live near north campus, but literally drive across town if I need to mail things. The 2 brothers that run this place are always friendly & efficient & very kindly don’t try to rip me off, they always offer the most economical service to meet your needs. Once I went to the UPS office which is much closer to me, they asked me to pay $2 to put seal a box with sellotape, I was happy to pay i, but then they said it was a minimum $5 charge on credit cards. I also once went to the independent postal place near Trader Joes, those guys charged me twice for a notary service because there was a mistake the initial time, which is fine, but not what I expected. Once I used this Goin Postal office & I had to track an amazon package the vendor said they hadn’t received, I’d lost the tracking receipt, so I went back to Goin Postal & these guys found the tracking number for me no problem. Anyway, thanks to you 2 guys, I see how hard you work & I will continue to drive across town to support your business. Feel free to put your prices up a bit, you’re too reasonable. Thank you.

The person who regularly staffs this store does NOT regularly provide a tracking number to the customer unless it is asked for. When this happens, he very laboriously types out the entire address again in order to obtain the tracking number which he could very easily have provided as he was processing the shipping label in the first place. Because of his lack of initiative, the customer is forced to wait to obtain a tracking number which should have been routinely provided. This makes the visit to the store twice as long as it needs to be. On top of this, the clerk claimed that if one goes to a USPS branch, the customer is not provided with a tracking number save in certain cases. This is completely UNTRUE. So the store wants to charge customers more than USPS branches do, but it wont provide you with the basics that one can get at a USPS branch, and that includes friendly and efficient customer service. I do not appreciate the poor attitude and the waste of my time. When I stated this, the clerk said, Its not a waste of time. How is it that someone else can tell me what is, and what is not, a waste of MY time? Just because HE is sitting in a store all day with nothing to do, does not mean he is not wasting MY time. He clearly isnt wasting his own, because they do not keep him busy enough at the store. But dont assume that because you have all the time in the world, your customers do, too! If this were the case, I would have gone to an actual USPS branch - the whole point of using this store is for convenience!Without a tracking number, I might as well use postage stamps, so whats the use of the services this store provides? Even when I hand my package to my local postman, I receive better and friendlier service - and USPS is not known for friendly service!

Prices are a bit higher than a the regular Post Office, but the location is super convenient. There is really no place in this area to ship stuff, besides meijers, and there always so crazy busy! I like these guys a lot, they are very nice, and they have very good customer service. If your in a rush, and need to ship something quickly, go here! Highly reccomended!
