I tried Michigan Introductions and was not pleased. After spending three thousand dollars on their services, I found that they matched me with people I would never date, and when I tried to get a hold of my matchmaker, they chose when they wanted to respond and still have not heard a response to an email I have sent them over a month ago. Do not waste your money on this service. It is a headache and a total waste.

I was very hopeful when I signed up in the Ann Arbor office, but my experience has been less than stellar since. The process has been slow and cumbersome. Signed up 3 months ago, had one match so far, that wasnt a good fit. Wish I could get my money back, but once you pay and sign the contract, it is binding. This service is very expensive and with my experience I feel it is not worth the money or time.

A good experience so far. First match is a keeper. Not entirely sure that the specific requirements were matched but possibly experience on the match team came into play.Not sure this is the cheapest way to do things but also not sure of alternatives. Possibly better value to run through all potential matches; but we came up lucky on both our first matches.Was hoping for a refund to show good faith but thats probably a conversation with my legal staff. A learning point might be to negotiate a sliding scale or a discount up front?Overall I have to recommend MPI, just be business like in your approach.

I would like to let you know that i have been having a great experience during my match experience thank you to Stephanie. She is very professional, in her work. I feel very comfortable and trust her choice of matches for me. Stephanie listens to what I am looking for. I have had some experiences with Oliver, also. Well Ithe plan worked for me. My 3rd match was a keeper. We married on leap day 2-29 and then went right into covid quaintine together. He has been everything I needed and more. If it is something you are serious about, Michigan introductions was great. I wasnt willing to do the online dating programs as it seemed quite scary to me. I like that all the matches pass a background check and credit checks before they are introduced to you. Best wishes in your journey.

What a fun interview I had with Lynn today. Lynn was very professional and warm. It was easy to share what’s important to me and what to expect from meeting, dating and who knows what’s next, with men who are clients of Michigan Professional Introductions. I contacted the website online and soon after received a phone call from them. To cut through all the introductory blurb I asked, politely, if they would give me a general idea about their fees. The woman said something vague to the effect that they didnt have fees, but services. I said I really wanted some idea of the cost. I just wanted to know more. She said I should go online and find out what such services as theirs offered. So I then asked her to tell me what services HER company offered (I am always very polite) and she just hung up on me.

Met a represenative named Stephanie who understands the value of creating a relationship with the client. She understood the needs and concerns of dating that are specific to each client. Glad she is my rep and the company is well diversed with dating possibilities.

I have been working with Michigan Introductions since August. They are very responsive and professional. Although I have not found the one yet, I am confident that I will someday soon. Thank you Michigan Introductions!
