In this day and age customer service is rare or automated. This shop is not that. I will buy every electronic I can from this shop. Being able to talk to a live person who knows what they are doing is worth exchanging any minor discount online can offer. Their price was cheaper then online anyways.They worked with me and gave me enough options where I felt I was able to make the best decision. Go there and you will see what actual customer service used to be. He also remembered my name 2 months later.Quality products, competent and knowledgeable staff, with repeat business as a clear goal for the store. You cant go wrong and will return if you shop there.

I wish I could give them six stars. By far the best experience I have ever had with a computer repair shop. I had an HP computer with a bent motherboard and I spilled water on it. At each point through out the repair they explained what happened, why a certain repair is needed, what is cost, and whether the repair was worthwhile. They were very professional and honest the entire time and helped ensure I was only spending money on what I needed. I have been using the computer daily for a month now, and it feels like a brand new computer. This is the fourth PC repair place I have been to and I will never go anywhere else again. Besides the professionalism, the shop itself was very cool, they offered water/snacks while I was there diagnosing the issue, and were extremely responsive to any emails or questions I had. I cannot recommend this place enough, and I will definitely be going back if any other computer issues pop up later down the road.

Arbor Computers is a great local business with great service. They are much cheaper than any other store. They are have a faster turn around time for fixing than other places. I had an issue with my gaming computer and was hesitant on where to take it. Arbor computer repaired it for a great price, and I felt comfortable and confident that they would do a good job. Unlike places like Best Buy, these guys are obviously passionate in what they do, and want to provide a great service. There was no sense that they were trying to milk every dollar from my pockets, like big business stores. They are personal with their costumers and it really shows. Arbor Computers was somehow able to resurrect my inoperable MBPro after I spilled a full pint of Two Hearted on it and waited 2 weeks to take it in. Had my laptop for just shy of a year when it started freezing and shutting down seconds within turning it on. I was worried where to bring it, but I saw the positive reviews this place got. They were professional, almost immediately figured out my hard drive failed, and said they would just need a day to fix it. Sure enough, a day later I get an email saying my laptops ready for pickup. They were professional, and told me upfront when I first brought in my laptop how much it may cost to fix, and they stuck with the price. I spilled an entire 30 ounce tumblr of water on my laptop. It was literally swimming in water. I assumed it was a goner, but my mom forced to me to take it to this place to get it checked out. There was still water on the battery when they opened it up. Within a week, they had it up and working again. I still cant believe it, I have no idea how they managed to pull it off but Im VERY impressed and highly recommend them.

Oh, and he gave my 7 year old candy and ice cream, so now its his favorite place to go!

Greatest PC shop in the state of Michigan. Moin (owner), was extremely nice and very helpful. I needed to build a PC, also wanted to learn how to do it, and I was able to hang out and watch. They had 3000 series graphics cards and I felt really lucky to get my hands on one (sold out everywhere else). I started my build in the morning, but quickly ran into a compatibility issue between my CPU and motherboard, and there was no way for me to proceed without sending my parts back to the manufacturer. I was resigned to have to ship my parts and wait weeks for fixes, but on a whim, I called Arbor Computers. They picked up the phone immediately and from the start they were kind and displayed clear competence. They asked me to bring all of my PC parts into the store, and they would troubleshoot with me.Once I arrived at their location, I was greeted by the owner, Moin, and two employees. They quickly understood the problem I was having, but the only fix would be to build the whole computer with a different CPU chip, update the motherboard, and then replace the CPU chip with my own - quite an undertaking. Nevertheless, they gave me an extremely fair quote that only charged me for building my computer, not including the extra steps of needing to use their specialized equipment. Whats more, after expressing that I was interested in building PCs, they encouraged me to stick around and watch/assist in the building process.Throughout the build, the staff were competent, kind, and patient. While I was there, I watched them interact with other customers in the exact same fashion - from issues ranging to setting up accounts on PCs, to fixing hardware. One staff member, Sam, walked me through the entire build. After everything was completed, they stuck to the original (and again, affordable) quote. They encouraged me to call back in case I had any questions once I returned home. Once I was home, finishing setup was a breeze.I cannot recommend Arbor Computers highly enough. They are experts in all things IT/Tech. They offer extremely affordable pricing. But above all else, they put customers first, and will make sure to support you until your issue is resolved.

They are very professional and very good at solving computer issues.They have serviced two of my problem computers and have resolved their issues to my satisfaction.My desktop originally had a virus corrupted hard drive. They were able to repair and update the BIOS and install a later version of Microsoft Office. Later, the desktop had a failing hard drive and they were able to successfully transfer the software to a solid state hard drive. The solid state hard drive required the reinstallation of some critical software and they creatively overcame obstacles, that the software company set up, to install the software.The laptop also had a failing hard drive. They were able to save the data and install it on a solid state hard drive.Both computers required patience (with me) and expertise to resolve the problems that both computers had. Both computers are working better now compared to when they were new.

Before you go anywhere else, go to Arbor Computer. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and capable. It was easy, just walk in, tell them whats going on with your computer; no appointment necessary. They respond quickly with the news on whats happening with your computer, let you know up front what it will take to repair your computer and what it will cost and then quickly complete the process to do all that you ask if thats what you decide. No pressure, no gimmicks, no bad information. Just honest, hardworking employees giving you the type of service you deserve with an atmosphere so friendly you wont believe it. But you will and youll ask yourself why didnt I find Arbor Computers sooner.
