There should be a CEO on this company but he was always absent and yet he would still micromanaged everything and give stress to his people. When hes in the office, he would spend all of his time in his office with the door closed. He would only go out when he would yell at someone.

The work atmosphere is so lonely. Theres no company culture because people hardly ever interact with each other. Management does nothing to foster a cooperative environment. Instead, people just attend and go home. Its pure work with no social interaction. Youll feel like youre just a machine with no life at work.

I worked here for quite a while and while the work itself and nurturing and challenging, I did not appreciate the management style. The management doesnt seem to care about its employees and would make them work longer hours just to accomplish everything. Aside from that, no matter how hard you work, you wont hear any recognition or appreciation for a job well done.

The software they provide was full pf glitches. My team was constantly on the phone talking to their customer service people to sort it all out. It was frustrating!

The company has good process and structure to handle the projects. But unfortunately, they failed to provide true and proper leadership to the workforce. Culture was awful, people are overworked, and theyre starting to see chum because of it. Upper management constantly would yell and belittle people in front of others and in meetings. Just a very toxic environment overall.

Great service for companies. Very professional reliable and top notch service. However on the flip side of working here is an aweful experience. Treated like a replaceable commodity and will be stressed out, yelled at and made to feel inferior 9n a daily basis. The owner is by far one of the most intelligent people Ive ever known he just isnt capable of translating that 8nto a professional or friendly manner no matter how hard you work and try to earn his respect.
