He was very respectful, and always communicated timely throughout the duration of the project. He coordinated everything to ensure that the entire project ran as smooth as it could. Our deck isnt quite done but I felt like I couldnt wait to say something. Hold tight, this could get lengthy!Jess and his crew were professionals from day 1. During the design phase, Jess explained alternatives to what we were interested in since what we wanted could have code issues. He talked us through the specifics so we understood where we could run into problems. When the design was finalized, he set a date and stuck to it. Jess even talked us through what would be happening when and actually came in ahead of schedule. Oh and they all worked through the rain - though thankfully they took cover when it really started coming down - but they didnt end their day. They waited it out and started again!We just went out and took a look at the deck in detail and its just amazing! Very sturdy as expected but there are no exposed screws on the decking and smaller screws were used on the rails. They even made very precise cuts to wrap around the siding.There are still a few things to complete before we can start using our deck, but I have every confidence that it will be completed with the same high quality.
