They developed for me a custom self-service solution that allows my customers to come in, select a service, and pay for that service if they’re in a hurry. During this pandemic chaos, many businesses have been hard to reach when I call or email..however, Ive been contacted by two different people from add-savvy just to see if theres anything I need from for the digital lobby screens at my various locations..their customer service has always been genuine and effective..but proactively calling me..in a time when no other business reached out especially highlights how good/genuine customer concern can help the business relationship. just thought I would share.

I own a Jewelry store in southeast Michigan, and we placed three screens in our store to display promotions and things like that, a lot of what’s going on in the store as well like seasonal events, and deals on certain jewelry..We like the screens because they allow to tell customers about what’s going on in the store & promote certain items, we also get ad money from outside vendors who want to advertise on our screens. Is very easy to update the screens, and we really like how the software allows us to schedule content at certain times, it even turns the screens on and off automatically. The Add-Savvy staff was responsive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.

These guys came out to my co-working space and put in a really cool looking video wall that helped our lobby presence pull off a really cool look. When people come to visit they’re super impressed, and the screens help with overall communication. The set up was a bit more expensive than I anticipated but the service was professional and the guys were helpful and knowledgeable, I had a few additional requests that weren’t included in my estimate but they approved it with no problem and got the extras done at no additional charge.

Myself and three others are physicians at a medical practice, which has multiple locations throughout Southeast Michigan. The Add-Savvy team took care of everything with respect to the installation. Within 1.5 weeks I had new Samsung screens in each lobby. Each location had it’s challenges but their team addressed and solved each issue. They even designed custom content tailored a little bit to the various audiences.

My experience in searching for signage was different than what most have. I’m involved with a small non-profit, and we were printing daily events on paper and taping the paper to the wall. My sales at my gym have gone up a lot since we installed screens from ad-savvy. There software is really simple to use, it allows us to update out tvs instantaneously and the software also turns the tvs on and off for us automatically. My assistant loves updating the tvs from home with our new deals and special offers.
