We are very pleased with our sunroom. Wayne did a great job on it and was conscience of details. I deducted 1 start for late start (6 weeks turned into 12 before it was started) and lack of communication but once it was started, they stayed on it daily until it was done. Their subs were great too. Dave the sheet rock guy and his son were the best Ive seen.I would recommend Midwest Builders. They are good people who hire good people and do good work.

Neil and the crew from Midwest builders built my three-car garage in the Summer of 2016.From the start we knew that Midwest builders was going to be different from all of the other contractors we had dealt with in the past. Neil was available by phone/email/text for any question that we might have with a VERY prompt reply. He was always accommodating and flexible with any additions or adjustments we made to our garage plans as we finalized those plans.Once we had our final plans in place the garage went up in a flash. Everyone at Midwest Builders did a fantastic job. From the concrete crew, to the carpenters, roofers and gutter guys the process was easy and fast. Midwest was in and out in about 7 days. They were always polite and hard working. They cleaned up after themselves and left me with me with a fantastic garage.We knew that between the price, service and the guarantee that Midwest puts on their work that Midwest builders was the choice for our project and we look forward to our next home improvement with Midwest builders.

When we decided it was time to do something about our vaulted living/dining room and kitchen ceiling we couldnt have been happier with the job that Midwest Builders did. The crew was professional, friendly and got down to work quickly with very little cleanup.The ceiling looks fantastic with new wood running between the beams and the cedar trim smells great! Need anger management skill training on the phone. Called for an estimate and they asked if NFC was involved and when I said yes, the guy went nuts about how they dont work with NFC because they control the project. I would move on from this group if looking for NFC financing. Chill out!!!
