Unfortunately, I have reached a pretty low point. Very frustrated, angry, down, and needed some help getting back on track. Called Wednesday and left a message. Called again the following Monday and left another message. Received a callback that night asking what insurance I have. Provided the information and was told a counselor would reach out to me. It is now Saturday, 10 days since I reached out looking for help and still have yet to hear from anyone to even set up an initial appointment.Look, if you cant help someone, please let them know so they can get the help they need somewhere else. It is not acceptable to know that someone is reaching out for help and completely ignore them in this manner.I was also interested in the faith-based Christian counseling. Im at a complete loss of words here at my experience, or lack thereof.Despite verifying specific details about my experience with the owner, nobody ever reached out to apologize or anything. Im not sure whats worse, ignoring someone seeking help or not following up once you are provided the specifics.

New life Counseling is a wonderful place to seek guidance in any stage of your life. Dr. Don Gilbert is a man of god that uses Christs teachings to guide and help when you seek his counseling. He will take the time to personally connect with you and is not afraid to speak about his life experiences as examples and to let you know that you are not alone in tough times in your life. I have referred Dr. Don to many friends and after speaking to him, I am thanked for putting him him their path. Knowing that he has helped me in so many levels, personalty, spiritually and mentally. Also to seed friends change from his guidance is amazing. Dr. Don will show love but he will also tell you the things you dont want to hear about yourself. But, you know that he cares so much that you know you need to hear the truth about yourself. I can honestly say that he has save my life with his help.
