I’ve only lived here since August but I love it here. Love that there’s a Washer and dryer so I don’t have to go to the laundry mat. Inside is nice. And when we moved in it was very clean. Management has changed since I’ve been here but everyone has been super quick to respond if I’ve had any questions. And any service issues have been quick to fix. They are really nice as well. I wish more garages were open and we were closer to the park area for my kids.

EDIT: They are charging me $525 for who knows what. They sent it to collections without notifying me, like other reviews have said. They knew my address since they asked for it incase they had a deposit return. Horrible apartment complex to move into. First of all, you are paying over a thousand dollars with neighbors that catcall you. Then, the carpet comes off in bunches. You could be vacuuming and you’ll have strands of carpet plugging your vacuum. They do not solve tenant to tenant issues. They will backstab you and make sure you are at fault for anything broken. If your water heater goes out? That’s your fault and they won’t replace it for months. If you have any service request? They take a month to get back to you and another month to show up. Don’t follow the lease about the washer and dryer’s because it’s wrong, you have to fix them yourself. They do not fix anything before move-in either. Landlord knew there were a few lights that did not work when we walked the unit, same lights didn’t work 3 weeks later. Management is rude and should not be working around people. The amount of potholes they have that they could be sued for is ridiculous. Oh and, last but not least. If your car isn’t parked next to your other car because your neighbor decides to have 4 cars despite never leaving, they will try to tow it. Good luck if you chose this place.

Good place to live.Only Complaint would be for management to pay more attention about tenants not picking up after their dogs!!I hate taking out my dog at night to take care of his business, since its like walking on a landmine, well at least around the building where I live.Other than that I have no other complaints.

Vendors beware they do not pay their bills.

I absolutely love where I live. We have never had any issues with them they make sure that work orders get done at least 24 hours after we put it in. They are very understanding with rent as most places dont have a payment plan they do when you really need it. The staff is amazing here I have been in my apartment for 4 years and I dont have any plans to move its quite and we have never had disrectful neighbors like I said before it is a wonderful place to live.

Worst place to live . Read the fine print carefully. They out right lie. They have no control over their tenants. Almost an unsafe environment. I would avoid this place

This place is terrible. The management was pretty good from 2015-2017, the management before that was absent and the manager now is absent and rude. Parking is always an issue, yet they refuse to address it. Now, theyre switching us from one terrible internet provider to an even worse one, probably because of money and you are stuck with what they give you, you cant get your own. They say that cable and internet is included, yet if you read your bill, it really isnt. Would love to move, but we cant afford it so were stuck here

Visited my daughter and granddaughter for fathers day. And we all enjoyed ourselves, i had a wonderful time yesterday wifey by my side my son and my other granddaughter was there as well.. Linda, Mike, and RJ as well...

Wow. Easy to work with. Maintenance fixed any issues right away. Online payments made it easy. Low deposit. Deposit was refunded very quickly and they were fair with what had been taken out. I am very very happy overall with the whole experience and will recommend you guys.Only irritating thing is “cable and internet is included” meaning it’s added to your rent and no opt out option which sucks but it’s a great place

I lived at Delaware Crossing from 2015-2017. I enjoyed living here for the most part. Management was okay, but I did have some issues with them being rude. In your lease, you are allowed to change out who lives there (I.e. roommates) and I had issues finding a roommate that could keep a commitment to live there because they would either move to another town to start school, a job or get engaged. The management eventually told me I was only allowed one more switch and then no more. I had to reach out to higher management because they weren’t abiding by my lease. I won and was told that wasn’t true. I’m glad higher management resolved my issue but I didn’t appreciate the staff on site being rude. Overall, my apartment was in really good condition and I enjoyed having a dishwasher, washer & dryer in my apartment. Management would send out flyers all the time threatening tenants over not picking up after their dogs. The flyers were rude & unprofessional and overall very annoying. There aren’t many amenities to this apartment complex, except free cable & internet was included. I felt safe living here, management was just annoying! Idk if it’s changed since 2 years ago though!

The WiFi sucks and they won’t do a thing about it, they won’t upgrade it...Last week we had a guy from Mediacom come in just to say he can’t do anything about it..he said something about our router and how they stoped using it in 2000 but yet here we are still have it in 2018

I really like the place the only thing that I really dont like is the Wi-Fi is terrible and most the time I cant get my social media to load.

I got a call from a debt collector because Seldin in Ankeny for Delaware Crossing apartments said I didnt pay them for what I owed them for cleaning after they applied my deposit. I told the debt collector that their phone call was the first I heard of it and she said that sometimes Delaware Crossing/Seldin does that if they dont have a forwarding address. I supplied that address and before moving out, I even confirmed they had the address, my phone number, and my email (which theyve contacted me on a few times before) so I could pay them. I never received a thing. So now, my credit report is going to be jacked. I heard warnings about Delaware Crossing/Seldin before, but after dealing with them while living there (trust me, they nickel and dime you) and after, Im seeing why they have such a bad reputation. At least around Ankeny.

Great place to live animal freindly

Automatically renewed my lease and is trying to charge me an extra month of rent despite the fact we informed them months ago we wanted to move out.

Friendly staff. Responsive to maintenance needs. Clean neighborhood. Dog park and playground available.

Clearly identified, easy to find.

Ive never lives here but have had family members here and overall I would say from my opinion that the complex is low maintained and is very close to the interstate which Im sure would take time to get use to the traffic noise, I would like here is I had to but wouldnt be my first choice.
