Id be surprised if anyone working here even has their GED. Absolutely awful customer service. They dont even know all the current tax laws. What a waste of money. Definitely find a different place to have your taxes prepared.

The worst costumer service Ive ever recieved. Rude. Incompetent. They lied to me about sending in my taxes. Threatened to call the cops on me right in front of my four year old. Had to cancel everything and go somewhere else.
