Getting a fill should never be painful. She used the tools on my actual skin. So sore and cut up and dry. My nails are full of bubbles and broken up on the sides. Underneath isfull of the dip and chunks. Go to coldwater I shouldnt have skimped and gor my fill here. $45.00

I just got actilics from here they charged me $80 for nails that already look grown out and they dont even cover my whole nail not happy!!!

Pretty sure this salon is using MMA. I had gotten my nails done 2 months ago and kept getting them filled every 2 weeks or so. I was ready for them to come off, so I tried to soak them off with pure acetone at home and the sticky mess that was there was unreal. They were not coming off. I went in to have them removed and they used a nail tip to pry the acrylic tips off of my nail and damaged my natural nail. My nails were so thin after that i needed a gel polish put on to add a layer to my nail and when placed under the uv lamp, it burned so bad. Even while typing this, my nails are burning. I showed my nails to a friend who does nails while I was attempting to remove them myself and she advised me that it looked like MMA. Please be careful. I will not be back.

I got a manicure and the lady doing it was so good at it and she is really good at massaging and doin nails I have never heard anything bad about this place. 5 stars would recommend! Also its only $30 for a manicure ❤️

The staff is rude, they give you a price before they start but magically the price increases. Also, the quality of work is horrendous. Go somewhere else!

I love this place this is the only place I will go because Im very particular about my nails and I only go to the owner and her husband I have had sloppy Nails before and all you have to do is talk to the owner and she is more than willing to make sure you walk out the door happy I go here Faithfully I would not go any other place and the price is reasonable I can get my nails done filled designs and toes done just a color change on the toes for $35 and that is cheap and reasonable.... I can go in there and spend about $70 easily and it doesnt bother me because I like my nails being done if you want them done right your own have to pay for it if you want to pay cheap then theyre going to look cheap

I took my granddaughter here today for a pedicure. Though we had appointments it seemed that they were racing to get our pedicures done. The water was so hot it burned me when I pulled my foot out she pulled on it to put it back in even after I told her it was too hot. The massage was not relaxing as she was rubbing so fast. She stabbed me a couple times with her tools. The polish job was streaky. We will not be going back.

Language barrier which makes it difficult to let themknow the issues about nails and pricing. I had acrylic nails and gel polish done...one nail is crooked and the sides looked unprofessional. Went back for a fill and polish and they look just as bad...wavy, gaps on the sides, still crooked, the process HURT AND pricing is off. Frustrating! Of course I will go elsewhere next.

It was pretty good for $28 for a full set of acrylic.

I went here on my wedding Day (June 10) for the first time. I got a full set of the pink and white. They looked fabulous! My best friend treated me to a pedicure, which was beyond amazing! Ill be taking my girls there this coming week for mani pedis!

Van took my manicure virginity! It was awesome and loads of fun! I couldnt make it back for almost 6 weeks and I didnt have a single problem with any nails breaking or even my polish going! I cant remember the name of the lady that took my pedicure virginity but that experience made me feel like my feet never touched the ground when I was walking for the next several hours! An absolutely amazing place!

The lady that did my nails was very nice! However, we were a party of 5 that made an appointment for 10am, they also scheduled another party of 5 for 10am. We didnt end up even starting until 11ish if not a little later. One of the people in my party only got gel polish on her nails and it took 25 minutes. Another one didnt get the shape or color she wanted. My daughter and myself werent even asked what length or shape we wanted they just went by the picture. Lastly, there was no cuticle care done and it looks like our nails have already started to grow out for a week and its been 2 days and the lady that did mine didnt put the tips on correctly because all of my nails dont go down on the sides.

Very busy but there were enough employees there to keep it moving. They did a nice job with my pedicure.

Always go here for my nails.

I have gone there multiple times to see which worker would be the best. But I have more bad experiences than good. Some workers very sweet and good at they do, but the bad workers shine more than others. I have been bruised, and actually but by one lady FILING MY NAIL! I was bleeding! Nails are crooked and thick. Very sad to give 2 stars.

No wait at all. The gel overlay/polish looks great! My pedicure was fantastic! I highly recommend the sugar scrub and hot towel/stones. Your legs will look and feel fabulous!

My nails turned out great.Really like.Ots my first time there.Very busy but it was a weekend.

Very good pricing but not good work. My natural nails are very short and the way they glue tips on causes the fake nail tip to fall off within two weeks. After my first trip i lost 3 nails in two weeks. It’s been three weeks since i got my nails redone and 6 of my nails are gone. I do not do any tough work or anything to cause the nails to fall off. On top of that, there is bruising on my nails because they have ground off too many layers of them. If you have naturally long nails, this is a great place. Otherwise I recommend not coming here.

Pretty good. I liked my color and staff was friendly. They didnt get my nail shape right though. But overall wasnt bad.

The service was great super sweet ladies but me and my sister went ans our nails look HORRIBLE!!! theyre bulky uneven have divots in them gonna go home and file them down try to save them but wow yeah no never again

Went here Saturday 6/6/20 with two other people, my mother and cousin. We were overdue for some relaxation, due to covid MI salons where not open yet so we took a trip down here. I made an appointment for all 3 of us to get mani pedis. We show up 5 to 10 minutes before noon and was asked to wait because they where running behind. No big deal I read in another review of someone saying theyre busy on Saturdays hence why I made the res. but I do reccomend you make your appointment BEFORE noon. We finally got in around 1230 for our pedis, we all got the #3 (HIGHLY RECCOMEND) which is a hot towel, stones, and scrub price for that was $35. (We got regular polish on our toes and shellac for our hands) The lady I had was really good. I apologize for not getting her name but she was younger maybe early to mid 20s. I showed her what I wanted and she did the design I wanted. We got our wires crossed somewhere because she put the heart on my toe and not my finger like I wanted but idc Im not that picky. The lady my cousin had however... she was a little rude. Kept telling my cousin her nails where too short and she needed to have them longer, my cousin kept having to explaining to her that she cant have longer nails because she works for hospice and its hard taking care of patients with longer nails. She also wanted her toes and nails to match and the lady told her, quite rudely, they cant do that..... she also didnt exactly get what she wanted for her manicure (was suppose to be a white tip with pink sparkles) but because she doesnt have long nails they lady couldnt do it very well. I understand there is a language gap. My mother had no issues. We all walked out paying $65 for a mani pedi which I thought was reasonably priced for what we got. I do reccomend this place but I only reccomend if you go BEFORE noon. After that they do rush and try to get you out of the door, especially if theyre running behind. Also be very vocal with what you want, they cant read your mind. Ill try and add photos when I figure out how.

Great place to get a pedicure!!!! I got the $35 one that included hot towel and hot stone--at first I thought it was a little pricey, but it was well worth every dollar!! My pedicure lasted for an hr and was a great massage on my legs. There chairs are also amazing--full back massage (all the way to the neck!) Highly recommend!!

I walked in for shellac and that’s literally all I got. No cuticle cut, no oil, no massage, just polish. That’s why they are so cheaply priced. While I was there I saw 3 people complain about their nails and nothing was done. The pedicures other people were getting lasted maybe 20 minutes, which is extremely minimal for a full pedicure. This place cares more about quantity than quality. I will not be back, as I prefer quality services.

My nails chipped within one day so I went back and they did them again and they were all chipped again within 2 days i will never go back it was a waste of time and money

My sister, mom, and I all went on the same day and all hated our nails that were done by three different people. They have a horrible selection and rush through their work.

The quality is more of a miss than a hit. I tried everyone in that place, and 1 was exceptional (but never there,) and one was average. They would rather talk amongst themselves than to the customer for the most part. Not as clean as it was years ago when I tried them. If it is a lady resort thing, its not bad. If you are looking for regular upkeep, Id go elsewhere.

I had THE WORST experience ever. Not only did the lady leave cuts on multiple fingers but I had to show her how to file my nail in the correct direction because she was going to leave it at an angle. I came in with very nice coffin nails and left with chunky and boxy nails. The lady was going to leave my nails practically see through and was very rude when I asked her to fix them. Then snatched the receipt from me when she saw I didn’t leave a tip. I’m highly unsatisfied. Please save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. I’m sorry I wasted your time and my money.

I went in to get a fill on my acrylic overlay on my natural nail. I have never had a worse experience with anyone ever. My nail were lifting when i went in so I needed some fixed. So first off they burned my nail beds like something fierce, broke some of my natural nails, and then the shapes and lengths were no where near the same. Then I got home in better light, and my nails were still lifted and my fingers hurt so bad. I will never go back.

Today I left with the most unaesthetic nail job done ever.They do not look like nails they look more like back hoe buckets. Too short and no form at all. The lady that had done my nails can not differentiate between nail fungus or just a stain on the nail from a hair-color since I just recolored my roots and had stained my nail because the gloves did not protect enough. She hacked my real nails off without asking me if that was what I wanted. If you show dissatisfaction with the job they act like they dont understand. Complaining is useless!!I had my own nails grown out and she lopped them off unasked so she could put on tips then sawed those down way shorter than my original nails! I never asked for that ! I have to redo them myself, at least I am assured I have good looking nails when I am done not formless shovels by a professional. Waste of time and money when you end up having to redo them otherwise too impossible to look at. Horrible job she ruined my nails.

My daughter-in-law and I went here to get my nails done for the first time. We had very different experiences. My nails were done by a lady who certainly seemed to know what she was doing. She was very matter of fact about her work and I was quite satisfied with the finished product.My DILs nails were done by a man who had zero experience, only no one explained that until she was well into the process, and even then, they originally just let her think that he had no experience with the paint style she wanted. Nope - hed never done a gel set on his own.Her gels were rising up near the cuticle within hours, and it only got worse. The paint job was uneven in color disbursement and she had a LOT of polish dried on her fingers and cuticles.We wont be going back. Even though mine was satisfactory, I will not trust a company that misleads a lie to and still charges full price for a shoddy job. Oh, and they added a $2 tip to my DILs charge without her consent. She didnt find out until she looked at her account... we will be taking that up with our credit union.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever had, they had me pick a color which they ended up not even having though it was on the nail board, my nails are not the shape I asked for several times and they were rude! I will not be going back and I don’t recommend, they don’t care about the quality of the nails just the money they receive for them!

Worst experience ever. They started my mani before my pedi no big deal but then they rushed me over to do my pedi right after she painted my nails and i had to carry my stuff over also. There for they had to redo a nail cause i smudged it trying to carry my keys. She also kept grinding my cuticles with the electric grinder thing. And some are crooked. On the pedi there is polish everywhere and one toe is only half painted, another toe they missed the tip making it looked chipped. I would add pics but i cant figure out how.

I went to a different nail tech and they apologized about how awful my nails looked. The color on my toes lasted a whole day before they began chipping. The acrylic was bumpy and didn’t go to the edge of my nail; the color was streaky and when I pointed it out, the guy was rude.

Always a long line which to me makes it seem like they skimp on the pedicure quality to get more people through. In a small down you dont have many options though. The staff is normally pretty friendly though.

Nails look okay. The problem is, they tell you a price and its always way more. They are not very clear about their prices. I like to know what the cost is going to be everytime and leave out the guessing game. Also their motto seems to be, they are always right and customer is always wrong.

Horrid..would give less than 1 star if I could. Plainly did NOT disinfect thier tools. Used a sponge thats probably from 1990 to wash feet. Did not exfoliate, cut nails as crooked as thier business practice. If you enjoy questionable foot fungus, dirty baths and sub par service by all means go to Nail Art.
