I’m new to Jewely but Debbie, and Mark were incredibly helpful. They answered all of my questions and more. But most importantly when I said I was interested in Silver they did everything they could to find what I wanted instead of trying to talk me into white gold! My fiancee and I went in to look at wedding bands. It was a weekend and we were casually dressed. Instead of asking us what our price range was, he profiled us. He insisted on showing us cheap 50.00 jewelry. We had to all but force him to show us the nicer items. It was painful dealing with him. Even though we both found something we liked, we will not return. Sometimes customer service is just too terrible to overlook.

Went in to look at a ring and watch and the owner was so helpful! She was waiting to help me right away when I walked in and was patient with me through out the process! Looking forward to making all my important purchases through them.
