I highly recommend The Sante Group as a mental health resource. They’ve helped me through some very rough patches in my life. I’m finally happy and engaged in life again.

My therapy session with Connie R Mountfield was a disaster. She lacks expertise and is unprofessional. She not only did not help me, but gave a misdiagnose and aggravated my issues. It took me a few days to recover my mental status to before having the session. Avoid her at all costs.Some details: I had a session with her during which I talked about unwanted thoughts. I repeated assured her that I would not be an actual, immediate danger to myself or anyone else. In the end, she did not address ANY of the issues I raised, but alerted the emergency services nevertheless. I got extremely stressed and anxious when the police knocked at my door. I had a miserable weekend after that, and it took me a few days to gradually pick up my previous mental state. I later read some self-help books and had sessions with other experts, who said that she did not understand my specific issues, my words were misinterpreted and she gave a really bad misdiagnose.About unprofessionalism: During the appointment, she asked me if I was a pediatrician. I have never EVER said that word during the appointment, nor did I used that word in the paperwork. I wonder if she was actually paying attention. She said she wanted me to see someone in person, which is ridiculous, because everyone in my area was only seeing patients remotely, and even she herself was working at home. She told me someone would call me to refer me to another therapist. Spoiler alert: that call never came.EDIT: The response is ridiculous and is just blatant LIES. If you search for wayback machine and put their website there, you can definitely see that Connie Cope was one of the staff members as of Feb 25 2019. (my session was in June 2020.) Also, their Facebook page clearly says that Connie is back in office as of 6/16/2020. Somehow this person is no longer listed on the website as of 9/3/2020, but this does not make my review a fake or false one. Give it a try and see for yourself. This clinic hired a terrible therapist and wants to deny that the whole thing happened.

I have been seeing Pegi regularly and I feel meeting her has been thebest thing I have ever done for myself. She is honest, truthful, caring, loving, and so kind. She has shown me so much about myself, and has helped me learn why I am who I am. I now have tools and information to make positive changes in my life. I am so grateful and will continue to look to her for support and understanding. So easy to talk to and such a beautiful and peaceful office environment. anyone would and could benefit from her wealth of knowledge, dedication to her patients, and expertise. I would highly recommend her to anyone facing anything life might be throwing at them.
