Had a great time on the paddle boards! It was windy so a bit challenging, but after a quick lesson we were all able to enjoy! Helpful, friendly service! A great way to spend some time on the lake!

We have always enjoyed our SUP experiences. Kelly has always been accomodating and helpful! We dont own our own boards, so being able to rent everything we need from her is perfect! Our favorite is the Sunset SUP!! 🌅

Always a fun time. Different teachers offer different styles and levels of challenge. Everyone loves playing after class with headstands, balance poses, etc. Kelly is always accommodating and makes sure everyone is participating safely.

I am fairly athletic and found this extremely fun! Whether a calm paddle or a fitness session I have never left the session unhappy! I was not experienced when trying but the OWNER made sure I was comfortable and instructed me with her knowledge and profession. I even brought my 10 year old niece and she loved it! It’s about the right instruction and boards and kindness...and this business has it all! I have and will continue to recommend this business! Thank you!!!!

My first time paddle boarding was at SUP 101 Lakes!! The friendly and knowledgeable instructors teach you how to paddle like a pro! The boards are top notch and great quality. I am addicted to the fitness and yoga classes they offer in the Summer!!

My wife and I have been going to SUP 101 for several years now. We tried out the SUP yoga and had a great time and we continue to go back as often as we have time. We wouldnt think of going anywhere else! Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and kind and professional.

Very impressed! I have a special needs son who gets frustrated easily and isn’t the greatest at following direction. I never thought he would be able to stand up on a board. Kelly did an amazing job with him and he loved it!

Kelly Bailey is a super person and instructor for Stand Up Paddle boarding. She volunteered and donated her time & equipment to teach several classes at several the NWTF 3 Rivers Chapters Annual Women In The Outdoors events. Through her instruction and encouragement, she had every class participant standing and paddling in less than 2 hours. Our participants had an AWESCOME time and spoke very highly of Kelly and this exciting new sport. Our participants and the NWTF 3 Rivers Chapter HIGHLY recommend Kelly and SUP 101 Lakes!!
