I had them come out to checkout what I thought were termites only to find out from the Killum representative that they are called ghost ants. The rep was gracious and didnt seem perturbed that Id basically wasted his time in showing up to check out my concern. He was straight on time, right on the dot, for our appointment as well. Very professional. I told him when I actually do have a need, Ill definitely call Killum first. Thank you!

So glad I called and scheduled an appointment. Exterminator was on time and even called before hand with an update of expected arrival time. Very friendly and very thorough.
