I had a gift certificate to come visit this location. When I mentioned this they both became visibly upset. I asked for white polish on my toes and a flower design. The polish on day 2 is cracked and my design smeared because they didn’t seal it.My pedicure was terrible they only cut my toe nails and barely scrubbed anything. I went back today to see if I could have my flower design fixed and they told me at first to come back in 40 minutes then after I didn’t leave they said they would have me wait an hour and a half.Terrible experience. Definitely do not recommend and will not be coming back.

Friendly calming atmosphere.. i felt rushed though. I still have plenty of calluses on my feet the lady literally scrubbed em for 2 seconds each.. ill be trying another shop next time

People are so friendly when you walked in they greet you immediately. They take their time doing your nails and everything came out wonderful. All packages were amazingly reasonable too. We stopped here because of the previous reviews. I will definitely be back the next time we visit here!! I would highly recommend anyone try them out!!

I stopped by this place when i went to specs. I’m glad i did. It’s like a gem in this town. Why haven’t i find it sooner? The atmosphere is wonderful. Staffs are super nice and friendly and extra pay attention to you. Not like other places i went. I found my new favorite spot now. Highly recommend.

I always go to this place and i love everything here. The service are extremely good and i like Tam- he is very gentle and nice. And he is always do my dipping nails. Just wonderful!

I came because the reviews were awesome. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. My pedicure was painful. The woman was rough and kept answering her phone. I got gel on my toes, my 4 year old could have done a better job. I had excess paint all over my skin and cuticles. Seriously disappointed. I paid. I was cordial. But never again.

I love this place! They always do my nails how I want, on the rare occasions I come in to get them done. The only problem I have is when I went to get my nails taken off, I was charged $20 and I got my cuticles cut but I didnt even get oil or anything. So I feel I was charged too much. Other than that I have no complaints!

This is the best place to get your nails done! I never go anywhere else! Since i found this place i can say i have been satisfied each and every time! Tony is the best!!! The atmosphere is great n friendly staff as well! Thank u so much Tony! My nails are so cute today!!

I was so skeptical when i read some of the bad reviews but i’m glad i came today. The atmosphere is so relaxing that i was almost fell asleep. The lady who did my pedicure was doing her job well and they are all nice to me. I will come back for sure.

Today was my first time ever going. They are very sweet and they take their time. I felt very relaxed and I will be going back. Tony also came out after I was done and jumped my van off for me in the cold and rain! This is my new place from now on!

It was my birthday when I went in to get my nails done and to get a pedicure. They supposedly had all these discounts and markdown prices because it was the grand reopening because they got new management or something but even with these discounts for just getting a full set of acrylic nails and to have my toenails painted they charged me over $85 not to mention the woman who did my nails rush through it like she didnt want to serve me and she messed up my nails I had to come home and shake them and redo them myself with my own kit that I have at home for acrylic nails because she screwed them up Im not very satisfied Im really disappointed a $15 pedicure and a $30 set of nails cost me over $80 I would have accepted those prices at the woman would have actually taken her time and done my nails and my toes the way she should have

I have been coming here for years and have never had an issue. They always make me feel like I am their only customer and spend a lot of time on me. They stay after closing and do not rush even when they are closed.

Not impressed. Had to have them redone after going there twice but not really getting them to look good. Bumpy and the polish was translucent even after two coats.

I had a pedicure and manicure at the same time today and it was awesome. The staff is extremely friendly as always, I have been going there for years and it is better than ever.

Every time I get may nails done here within the week they break the most recent one was this week two broke with in two days and chipped paint, so I went and got them fixed then another one broke the next day. Also be careful if you like coffin shaped nails they always look lopsided and cost an extra 5 dollars just for the shape which is absolutely ridiculous. My mom loves this place and gets her nails done by the guy and he is good hers never break and mine always gets done by the girl and they always break or are bumpy and she has made me bleed from using their filing machine...it’s rediculous, they are lucky I don’t have a blood transmitted disease because she strait up touched my cut with her finger. From what I’ve seen they aren’t that sanitary with their equipment either so everything is cross contaminated. It’s gross. After this last time I will not be going back exapecialy since they broke with in a week and they still charged me 35 to fix them even though they are supposed to last at least 2 weeks... Absolute trash nail salon!
