My gaming PC was having issues and I could not figure out what the main issue was. Im big into computers and have built my own several times, but couldnt pin point the issue.I gave him a call and he gave me some things to look into and semi diagnosed the possible issue over the phone for free. Low and behold, he was right, it was the motherboard ram slots. I ordered a new motherboard and asked him if he could install. The motherboard came in, I took my pc to him alongside the motherboard. The next day, he messaged me informing me my CPU cooler was only connected on three points, which possibly caused the ram issues due to heat. I ordered a new one and gave it to him the next day. He installed it with no expectation of change in price. He did some GPU and CPU benchmark tests to make sure everything was running and make sure the issue was dealt with accordingly.This is by far the best computer service for anyone. Great quality work, professional, responsive, good value, and dependable. I recommend anyone come to him because I know I will if I have anymore issues!
