The reps will work with you to make sure you get what you need, unlike some places that tell you what you need. The techs will make sure that they get your machine back up and running in a timely manner. We were hit with Ransomware and because this company failed to back up our software to the cloud or any other external hard drive, we lost everything for the year 2020.
