So it was about a week wait to get the transmission removed and diagnosed on a 2004 Honda Odyssey. The repair was going cost me about 2300. I thought it was way too much but told them I would go for it if they could have it ready in 2-3 days. They said yes no problem. To make story short the 2-3 days turned into over 7 weeks to get it back. I was given the run arounds with excuse after excuse. They even avoided answering my calls plenty of times. And finally when I got it back they did not put all the engine plastics back (were missing), didnt put on the front bumper correctly (was all loose), and on top of that they left the interior stained with grease/ oil marks. So No I dont recommend them.

I had them rebuild a 98’ Dodge Ram 1500 transmission about two years ago, today 2/13/2019 that truck is still running strong! Last week I had another transmission rebuilt on a 2004 F-150 because reverse went out and it was having shifting issues. They fixed it and so far so good. Corey and his staff were fair and friendly. Thank you!!!

Accurate Transmission is awesome! It is obvious that Corey and his crew care about their customers. They fixed my transmission leak for $25. I was spending more than that on transmission fluid every month!I was also very pleased that I did not have to go anywhere else to get my brakes done. Accurate Transmission gave me a good deal and had me fixed up in no time.

Corey, at Accurate Transmission, was great. Between him and the technicians, we were able to get our transmission replaced fast and cost efficiently. He quoted us $1100 for a transmission overhaul. While working on it, he found a few other things that needed addressed, but he did not charge us any more than he initially quoted, and he fixed the extra issues as well. When we set up the payment plan, he let us take it home while still paying it off. Being that we only have one vehicle, being able to drive it home while paying on it really helped. He gave us a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on the work, and told us to drive it for about 200 miles to see if we notice anything wrong. We did notice that it had a quick shift, but when we let him know, he fixed it in a little over an hour. Now, it runs perfectly! I will be using this shop from now on for everything transmission related.

Corey is a fantastic guy to deal with. He scheduled my transmission rebuild so that I would drop the truck off one afternoon and pickup the next. 5 year and close to 100k miles later, I started having some issues with it. I called Corey, he walked me through a few things, gave me his opinion and was dead on.I will use him.again, even though I am two states away.So update on this review. I towed a couple of heavy loads with low fluid in the transmission and ended up smoking 4th gear, I brought the truck back to Accurate and again, they turned it in a day!Had a major hard park break a few days after the build and brought the truck back to Accurate and the guys there made it more than right. I offered to pay for the part and labor and they adamantly refused.I honestly do not know how there are any negative reviews on here. The guys were almost offended that the input shaft broke, making it more of a mission to find out what happened than trying to tack in another bill.You CANNOT go wrong doing business with these guys.

Beware!!! Good place to get ripped off at. Say they will warranty work and they don’t. Got vehicle back in worse condition. Had to resolve a $35 part myself to make the proper fix. Never give updates or return my calls. Will NEVER go back or recommend to anyone.

Took my truck in to get the transmission fixed and the not only got it running great but fixed some engine issues that was causing it to run rough. Cory and his guys fixed it and never charged extra for fixing my engine. Awesome job

I love them SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much!!!!! They are awesome. They worked so hard on my car and Corey was very knowledgeable and nice. He never once made me feel like I was getting ripped off or stupid. They replaced my Torque converter and rebuilt my transmission and did a tune up and oil change all for $1300. They kept me informed and had great customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.Now and forever will be a loyal customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If i could give negative stars i would, he charged me over $1500 to change the shift sensor..lied and said I blew my transmission come to find out he took advantage of me. Hes a good liar and knows how to be fake! Beware of him...save your money and go somewhere else

I take my truck to accurate at first they were nice after having my truck in five times still not fixed they were no longer nice. Would not honor warranty all they would do is flush transmission cooler. One time Sat there for three weeks for them to do that. My transmission is still screwed up. I was driving the other day. Top speed 45 mph when I had nothing. Come to find out they didnt tighten clamps to transmission cooler were they cut the lines. As I was reclamping founds rags were they left them by the cooler. That kind of showed how professional they are

Corey and his wife were amazing. My jeep messed up at my house and they came to my house within 10 Minutes. He looked at my jeep in my driveway and then temporarily fixed it so he could get it to his shop. At his shop he made the repair needed to allow me to shift my jeep and delivered my jeep back to me and told me to have a nice day. Brought me to tears because not only did he not charge me for service call to my house but went beyond that. Any work I need done to any of my vehicles....Accurate is my first call. He has my business for life.

I was quoted $4500 by another shop and decided to heck with Corey and he quoted me $1000. Once we pulled the transmission out of my dodge 3500 we found that the input shaft had a small bit of damage that is very easy to over look. This one part cost close to $2000 and if he wouldnt have paid close attention to details then it would have cost me more later to get it fixed again. With it being this close to thanksgiving and Christmas Corey helped me out and gave me a break and made it possible for me to give my kids Christmas still. Any other shop would have charged me an arm and a leg( or two lol). Corey knows his stuff and is very kind I will always come back to him for all of my vehicles.

Worse transmission shop Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Took my sons car there for a trans repair and case replacement, that was never done. They repaired the case after about 4 months. We returned within a month because it wouldnt hold pressure. After returning to them for the second time on warranty work they kept the car a total of 3 months to repair the original work they did, then was told a wiring harness and pcm was needed. Both those parts were replaced and the car still doesnt run as it should but we were tired of dealing with their lies and not doing the work right the first time. Also once your vehicle is in the shop and you call for updates the employees that answer the phone are rude and will hang up on you!

Do not take your vehicle there, they will over charge you and not fix the issue. I kept having to take my vehicle there and it still isnt running right, they will tell you it was something else that messed up what they had fixed, they will sweet talk you and seem like they are trying to help you out, in reality they dont know what they are doing and will only take your money, I had to take my vehicle somewhere else to fix everything they messed up..

My experience with Cory was the worst., lie,after lie, with an electronic problems first, then did not fix... After a month he said it needed trans rebuilt to solve problem, so I paid $1200.00 for the rebuild, still same electronic problem, ( no shift from low gear) .after another month of lies and crap, I had to fight with him for 4 days to finally he said he would refund my money, but his credit limit would only allow him to pay my card back $400.00 per day, for 3 days. So all and all . DO NOT GO TO ACCURATE TRANSMISSION IN ,ANGLETON TEXAS. Unless you want to be

Very very bad service they dont do what they tell you they just take your money to fix the problem but dont do it . had 2 trucks worked on and both have had problems since day one i took it back many times and never got fixed right . for good mechanics dont go here trust me . I lost 6000 on two transmission that were supposed to be upgrade they lied. I took both truck to PSP in houston and my truck run like if they were new with no issues. these people are a joke!! DONT GO HERE YOU WILL LOSE YOU MONEY HERE!!

Very friendly and nice people with exceptionally fast service, but maybe a little too fast? Brought my Yukon in, reverse and 2nd / 4th gear was out. They had it back to me by the end of the next day and $2k later. They had rebuilt my transmission replacing the sun gear shield, installing a shifter kit and some other additives.My Yukon now shifts, but the whole truck lurches when it hits 2nd gear, 3rd isnt quite as bad, but you can still feel it pretty heavy. Wasnt doing that before I took it to them. Also, it feels like the gears are slipping from 1st - 2nd and back around 15 mph or so.I took it back to them and finally got it back a week and a half later. They replaced a part, which stopped the slippage, but its still shifting very, very hard. For the price I paid, it should be shifting like a dream not making the whole vehicle shake! I could probably take it back to them yet again, but theres no way I can wait another week and a half to get it back (rentals arnt cheap).
