Went into AT&T this morning 2/16/2021, I asked if I could see some phones to do an upgrade. Some lady with short hair stated we have phones everywhere and followed with laugh from some gentlemen in a beanie hat, but I did have a great experience with the young lady there named Danielle. She helped me pick out the perfect iPhone and helped me get a great deal on it as well, I would highly recommend meeting with her again.

I hit the wrong button. I was VERY satisfied with Chris! He helped me get everything!

Wonderful service, great patience. Israel and Gio in the Andrews, TX store were so patient and kind to my husband and I- especially nice these days!

I tried to go into the store at around 5:30 ( they close at 7:00) on the door it said gone for lunch but the open sign was on and the door was locked so I left and came back about thirty minutes later to find that it hadn’t changed and they were still at “lunch” I tried calling them twice both times it said no representatives were available

Definitely a great place to go! They saved me money with my cell phones and TV Service and also hooked me up with an Apple 4k TV!

Very low customer customer service. Tall lady with golden hair color calls herself a manager couldnt even help us to get a new phone, literally waiting there for 20mins with no customers inside the store. Worst at&t place Ive ever gone too.

We have over 10 lines with At&t I purchased another phone from this location and the phone they gave me the same day already was a default phone. I understand thats no ones problem that works there but they denied to give me a new phone and replace it there and then. Its not even 24hrs and the iPhone I got my customers cant hear me when I speak. First thats my business line 2nd of all I have to take off work to schedule an appointment with APPLE in galleria mall so they can replace the damaged phone that this location sold me. This is unbelievable and un acceptable. Corporate will definitely hear this from me and Ill make sure the bbb will take care of me. This will be the last time I go to this crappy ass location and I will make sure my 10 lines go Else where. ! And they also told me which is a lie that I cant return my phone within the first 30 days. Yes I can return it you uninformed employees that are lost in the sales and customer department un freaking believable !!!!!!!
