Was told the wait wasnt long but waited over 1hr 30 mins. Never ended up getting my nails done because there was still another 30 min wait. Definitely make an appointment.

I walked in here after hearing alot of referrals from people living here, and I was so happy with the experience. The salon is clean and organized, and the techs really know what theyre doing and are excellent at their work. Ive always been scared of trying acrylics, so when I got gel nails here for the first time, the tech was super patient with me and answered all my questions about the care and maintenance. I am so happy with how they look, and will definitely come back when Im in here.

Great time at the salon. After leaving I noticed my toes messed up somehow so I went back up there and they fixed it with no hassle. Loved the experience!

The absolutely beautiful artwork created here is worth every cent!!! I showed them a picture of a painted flower and they created a gorgeous flower and petals with texture and detail out of acrylic as 3D at!!!!! I got them done today and got so many compliments the rest of the night!!! The gentleman who did this is a genius and everyone he was so nice!!!

I have actually been going to Vannies for a few weeks now, and never had a problem until this morning. The table I was sitting at had a fish tank about 8 inches away from me that was COVERED in old nail dust and lord knows what else, and the tank had algae over growing in it, not to mention the sickly beta they had trapped in there. I didn’t even stay to finish my nails, i walked out. I can’t support a business that treats ANY kind of animal that way.

Vannie and her team listen to their clients and provide a service that I havent received anywhere else. Ive been to other shops where I dont feel welcome or I leave frustrated that I didnt receive the service I asked for. At Vannies, I always leave feeling good about the experience. Her shop is clean and peaceful yet energizing. I recommend her shop to anyone looking for great service.

This nail salon is fantastic. Not only is the salon well appointed and calm, but the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I received one of the best manicures here and will now make this my go-to salon. Everything about my experience here has been relaxing and satisfying. THIS IS THE BEST NAIL PLACE. They have the best colors and do the best nail art, all while spoiling you with special drinks and and a really fun environment. Came here with my friend last night for the first time and Im never going anywhere else. Theyre so kind and dont rush you at all...its by far the best nail experience Ive found in Andrews!

This was my first time going and Benson was wonderful. He was fast and looked at every detail carefully. He is a perfectionist and I love it!!! Picking a new nail salon is terrifying and Benson made me feel right at home. I will most definitely be coming back here.

I’m from San Antonio and I came out here with a friend so I got my nails done cause one broke off and tbh I didn’t know how people in Andrews got down and to be honest this was the best experience and the greatest nails I’ve ever gotten. Tom did a FANTASTIC job 👍👍 and I’d be willing to drive 6 hours just to get them done again by him.. A1 I’d recommend it to everyone and anyone

I normally wait for a few visits before posting a review.My daughter and I have come here several times now, for a manicure and pedicure. This place is a little piece of heaven. EVERYONE who works here is so friendly and customer service oriented. They have a huge selection of matching gel and regular nail polishes. It is always immaculately clean. The best part is that I never feel rushed. I always leave feeling relaxed, with gorgeous nails. I am going to be a long term client.

Amazing experience! The staffs are extremely nice and patient! I spent a lot time struggling on colors and styles, they helped me a lot and I LOVE my nails! I never tried this color but I Love it! Very friendly and they have a big variety in gel polishes! 5 min arm massage was definitely a nice touch, made me feel more relaxed and the oils/ lotion smells very nice :) I got a cat eye this time and will definitely come back for more

One of the best pedicures Ive ever had. The water was actually hot, they made my feet and legs feel amazing with great scrubs and lotions, etc. and did a great job with polish.

Very poor English. Worst pedicure Ive ever had. The massage was short and was more rubbing than massaging. I had to get my toenails painted 3 times before they sent another girl over to fix them. There was polish left all around the nail on my skin. The owner tried to fix it right but after $50 and a hour and a half, I cancelled getting my nails filled and waited to go elsewhere. :-(

The two staff memeber that acknowledged I was even there, were friendly (besides telling me 15 minutes was the wait time..) it was 45 minutes later. I don’t mind waiting, but don’t just say “15 minutes” so that you’ll get your money. If that’s the case, the work needs to be flawless and beautiful or what the customer asks for... never again will I go back because I showed the man (Tony, I believe) a picture of the length and shape I wanted and once he rushed through it, told me to come back in two weeks and he’d “clean them up better”. I look like I have candy corns stuck to my nail beds - and this is AFTER I went elsewhere to see if they could make them look any better! They were lumpy, way too short to be that shape and had tons of dried powder underneath. I hope they needed the $50 more than I did.

I moved to Andrews in dec 2017. This was the first place i went to get my nails done here. After a while of some hits and misses i got tired of the misses and found somewhere new. They put the nails on way too thick and they dont look natural at all was the main issue. Or they were inconsistently shaped. I asked for coffin and got more of a square everytime. Its not a horrible place if you get the right person.

I drive an hour to get my nails done here because the friendly atmosphere and the fact that Benson does a fabulous job on my nails! Plus the color selection is on point!

I took my niece to get her nails done along with mine yesterday and I was not satisfied with our experience. While getting my nails done I got cut. I also dont feel like my niece got the same treatment as everyone else when she got her toes done. I also dont think its fair to just offer the menus to people only getting their toes done.
