Issue with 2021 truck, so not very happy but these folks made the experience SO nice. Service dept was great and Claudia went out of her way several times to make this a good experience. Thank you all for getting our vehicle back to us so timely!!
After looking for months, I found the car I wanted at Stanley Ford in Andrews, Texas. Kris Valdez and Humberto Galindo worked really hard to give me all the information I needed to feel comfortable about buying my car sight unseen, which saved me from taking off work. Zero pressure, zero bullying, just happy people that wanted to make me happy too!! My only regret is that I didnt get to meet them face to face and shake their hands for providing such great service. If you want a great deal without a hassle, you need to go to Andrews, Texas and ask for Kris or Humberto at Stanley Ford!!!
Kris made it easy for me to get the truck I stopped by to see. Right away he came out & let me test drive the truck. We worked out a deal pretty quick and I took the truck home the same day. Stop by this dealership they will help you get what you want, I love the F-150 I bought.
The fastest I have ever bought a truck. Jalen was very helpful and did all the leg work for me while I was at work. Everything over the phone. Went into the dealership, signed the papers and drove off all in about 20 minutes. Will definitely only buy from these guys.
They used to be good. New service group is terrible.Had my work vehicle for a week and a half while on vacation. Called after they knew I had no cell service. Told me that my charcoal canister needed to be replaced because of all the driving I have done on the oilfield caliche roads. I have had the truck down here less than a year and have hardly been on the dirt road. Also told me my fuel tank is sucked in and needs replaced. Truck exhibits no symptoms of needing either of those things done.They charged my fleet service company for tire balancing which has also not been done.
My husband and I have been searching for a vehicle for some time now and I have spoken to several dealers. I happened to call the dealership to see what they could do for me and was nothing happens by chance! We found Eddie! He has by far been the most helpful sales representative! When we spoke, Eddie was focused on what my family needed and any questions we had were thoroughly answered. If I had questions about a vehicle I had seen somewhere else, he took the time to look it up and even verify. Eddie is very down to earth and works for you! He takes the time to understand ones needs and immediately gets to work for you! We were blessed to find Eddie! It’s hard to find people like Eddie working as a salesman. We would definitely return and ask him for help. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to buy the vehicle we wanted through him since the dealership in Dallas didn’t want to deal with dealers since they were low on inventory. The dealership in Dallas wanted to make the sale. He did however, give us pointers and advice, not just anyone would do this knowing they are not going to get a sale. It take a very unique individual to do this!

Not good. Sales man Eddie was no bueno not very helpful at all. Plus they didnt have a good selection of used vehicles. If you have perfect credit maybe this is the place for you. But if youre a hard working person with 8 plus years but not perfect credit dont bother.

Normally use Stanley for the parts department and they are great! Always gets us what we need and try to give us the best deal. I do notice their inventory when I go by and they do have a good selection of vehicles.

Worse place , have my Ford Escape there since November 2019 for a recall & they are still working on it . Keep getting told the parts aren’t in or the mechanics broke something. No one seems to care . Poor widow woman has to pay for a car that I can’t drive!

Awesome service center! My repairs were done in hours, not weeks, and my vehicle is running in top shape! Stanley Ford is the ONLY place to take your Ford in the Permian Basin. The new Ford dealerships in Odessa and Midland will not service a Ford over 10 years old.
Pretty awful experience from start to finish, was treated like an inconvenience. Customer service skills non-existent. Vehicle arrived on delivery damaged and unsafe, filthy dirty and un-presentable for sale. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. Should be zero stars.

Totally unprofessional. Left work early to do paperwork on a truck I test drove on a Saturday. Saturday the truck was filthy because it was a new trade in. Came in Monday where it was detailed only to reveal so much hail damage. No salesman knew of the hail damage, only the manager. When we went to ask him about the hail damage he began to laugh as in “oh darn” he didn’t get to pull a quick one over on us. Complete waste of time, very unprofessional to laugh in a potential customers‘ face.
Very good dealership. I have bought vehicles farther away in the past because of price. Glad I made decision to check prices here. They were able to sell me a SUV close to what I wanted to pay. Very friendly sales staff that will do what it takes to buy local. I would recommend them highly.

Had set up a appointment took them two weeks after the appt. date to look at it after that got run around the bush on issues with the car for 2 weeks then finally got some of the work done went and picked up the car and they didn’t reinstall the skid plate left the car with 0 coolant in the reservoir with the hose almost disconnected the reservoir bolts in the middle console of the car two inner fender bolts out and lost them so after waiting for a month on the car I got to fix all the parts they didn’t finish there reasoning was that I was possibly going to take it to a body shop to finish the repair which according to there service shop means leave a lot undone so that the next shop gets to finish the job that I did pay for I will never take any of my vehicles here again I will wait the extra time to go to Sewell where apparently my business matters they don’t return phone calls takes days to talk to anyone about your car horrible service horrible customer care and horrible experience in total I would have been better to not do the warranty and fix it myself. Then when I tried to talk to any management on it they told me nothing they could do overall stay away from this dealership take your money to somewhere who cares about your business.

He was very knowledgeable and informative about the vehicles, took the time to show me every feature the car had, and he worked diligently to ensure I had the best and easiest experience!! He worked hard to get the best price for the vehicle I was wanting and even priced vehicles from other Stanley lots to make sure I had more options and was getting the right price range. He was very patient with me, and took the time to explain everything in the paperwork, no detail was left out. Not to mention I had a full tank of gas and a detail when it was all said and done :) I left with the new vehicle I was wanting, in the price range I was looking for, and an overall amazing experience. I just want to say that we hesitated to come to this ford due to the old reviews however, they had exactly what my daughter was searching for and at the perfect price for a college kiddo. From our sales lady Sarah to the finance manager and even to the Service dept Mr Mike R. they all were wonderful from beginning to end. We told them exactly what we were looking for and they provided everything we needed to get us in to the truck we wanted. Bad service
Don’t come here if you need something fix on your car or truck. Our mustang has been outside of the shop for 3 weeks already, going on to 4 weeks. They keep telling us they are going to fix on it soon but yet nothing hasn’t change. Very disappointing.
I recently had to bring in our company truck from out of state. I was passing through on my way to Midland TX. I needed a quick full service. There was some miscommunication. But once things got straightened out. The service team. Ryan,John,Leigh and many others stayed way beyond service hours. Many of the folks in the service department jumped in to get things done.Unfortunately. As things would have it. A part broke at the very end of the service. I had to stay in a hotel til the following day. But the service department made sure to keep me updated on the status.Excellent team work. And very friendly people.

Poor service I’ve had my car in their shop for over a month and they have yet to fix it or even know what’s wrong with it. We try to go pick it up and they said we owe $2,200 and the Service manager threatened us to auction it off if we don’t pay the $2,200.

Had a motor replaced at Carlsbad Ford three weeks ago. Got stranded in Andrews TX. Diesel started leaking from injectors. Waited for a tow truck from Carlsbad Ford for four hours that never got there. Andrews Ford couldnt even take a look at my truck due to lack of mechanis. Long story short Carlsbad Ford sent a mechanic to fix the issue which only took him 15 min. to fix after waiting there for 9 hours. After paying $20k for a new motor and having an issue so recent, you would more than likely think you would receive a better and higher quality customer service. Our company will no longer be buying any Ford. It hasnt been the first time weve been put on the back burner.
Tom was very helpful in going on a test drive to locate the problem with my Explorer. Hopefully it will be fixed & back on the road soon.

The lack of customer service is by far my biggest complaint, when you call to check on your car that is in for repairs and they send you to an answering machine and then no one returns your call then after multiple calls and complaints you finally talk to someone and get an update then I call back days after they tell me the parts would be in and the same answering machine that no one checks, lol after three weeks of this part Im waiting on I call and get a complete different diagnosis and they have no knowledge of the first diagnosis that two other employees had explained to me!!!!!!! Terrible service from both Stanley dealers, terrible!!!!!!!

I DO NOT recommend going to this dealership. Once I got my car I had transmission problem and they made me drive back and forth 3 times out of town! I keep calling and leaving messages no one returns my calls. They STILL have not fixed the problem with my car. Every time I take it they say nothings wrong with it. Terrible!

I visited this dealership to buy a F250 that was listed online for a specific price. When I arrived they told me the price was a mistake but they would still honor it. I drove another vehicle which also had a “mistaken” price. I told them I wanted to buy the F250 and they went to their manager and came back with a much higher price by thousands of dollars. The manager told me there is a disclaimer and the online prices are often incorrect. I left and bought a F250 from another dealership for basically the same price they had advertised online. I would not trust any prices they have online on their own website or autotrader, etc - they admitted that these are regularly wrong. A few honest mistakes or car salesmen games, you decide...

Very disappointed with Stanley Ford Andrews. They had my pickup for 2 1/2 weeks and never touched it. Had to pick it up and take it to a local mechanic to get it fixed and back on the road .
