Deb Lucci and her team recently sold my condo in North Andover. From start to finish I felt informed about the process and the end result was something I was very happy with I think the the most helpful resource they provide, beyond their experience in the market, is the amount of information and connections they have to needed individuals that really helped at different phases of my sale. Not having to track down a relaiable painter, handyman or lawyer saved me some hassle and these reccomendedations worked out great. If I ever look to buy or sell in this area again I would definitely use this team. They will take care of you for sure.

I don’t even know where to start. I have nothing positive to say except the pictures were outstanding. We were suppose to have the premium package. Did not receive. My house is already well presented so no staging was needed. She priced extremely low. Said would get over way over asking. I did receive $2k over asking but because she priced so low. I took the offer only because I don’t want to be stuck with her for another year. We didn’t even have to sell. Do not use her!!! She may be a big name but she is far from personable. She has everyone else do her work. I had to have her redo offers because they were wrong. Her text messages were the following, “please sign”. She was only nice when she knew how mad I was getting. There are SO many other agents to use. I suggest you do your research and not be like us and say , “Sure, she sounds great!” Big mistake!Update: via response from Deb. The initial offers were under asking. We refused. My house was in pristine condition so of course we didn’t have an issue with the inspection. We said no negotiation on inspection. Once again we made that call. It’s actually not even any of that. To act like you helped with everything you stated is laughable. Not to mention you texted me and threatened me to take this review down. You would think anyone who wants to make their company look reputable would reach out and be concerned on why their consumer as unhappy. Just a note to anyone thinking about hiring Deb, do all of your research on agents. There are a ton in town who are amazing!!
