Where to begin..... I sought counseling here for 3 years and had a so-so experience with my therapist (not the reason for this review). Over the last year, the experience went from so-so to terrible. The practice went through multiple psychiatrists/perscribers and everyone seemed to get fired or quit. The entire staff is aloof and their office is antiquated and out of order. I personally went through 4 nurse practitioners in one calendar year, and had to do intakes for each one. The turnover rate for employees/doctors is so high. It was impossible to get on a correct medication plan because I had a new doctor who didnt know me every few months. My current nurse there is uncommunicative and lazy, but she is soon departing from the facility as she mentioned to me it didnt work out. This nurse took 3 weeks to give my insurance prior authorization for new medication because she said I had to give myself prior authorization. This does not make sense, is not protocol, and shows incompetence. However, this is just one of hundreds of stories I have about these people. I finally get the medication and I need a refill and I cant reach her. I call the 24 hour line (since it is a requirement for all prescribers to have a 24 hour emergency line) and I had to call twice in order to be transferred to someone. I finally spoke to the director and he said he is unable to prescribe anything for me (thanks...) and that the 24 hour nurse is not available/answering at the moment (thanks.....). The nurse (ROBIN SHANNON) got back to me on 1pm the next day after numerous calls to the 24 hour line, emails, and voicemails stating it was an emergency the night before. It is AGAINST THE LAW to not answer a 24 hour emergency line. This is malpractice. Fast forward one week, and I tell the Office Manager (Danielle) about the repeatedly terrible experience Ive had, and she apologizes and promises shell get back to me the next day about an update regarding my case (since Ive waited so long). Guess what? She never did.The only reason they have availability for testing, therapy, etc. is because they are not adequate and must lose their patients left and right. Youre better off getting on a long waitlist somewhere than getting involved with this joke of a facility.

This office in very unprofessional. Like other reviewers, I found the receptionist and billing staff to very rude and unpleasant. They attempted to overbill me several times - the billing policies are very convoluted (in my opinion, purposely so). They have not returned phone calls multiple times. The only reason for 2 stars and not zero stars is that the actual Psychologist we dealt with for explanation of test results was very good.

Nice people. Very helpful. Also very reliable.
