I am incredibly happy with the brochure that Minuteman Press of Andover produced for my non-profit. The quality of the finished product was perfect and the price was very fair, but more than that the service I received from the entire office was exceptional. The job was very tight on time, and I had some difficulty providing the information needed, adding further stress to an already compressed schedule. The office couldnt have been more professional and helpful, even though I suspect it was a very small job compared to most. I approved the brochure at 6:45PM the day before it was to be printed, and they called me 90 minutes before the deadline to tell me it was done. Our biannual conference was the next day, so meeting the schedule was crucial, and they were able to do that in spite of my shortcomings.
