When I went in I wasnt feeling very well, I was light-headed and the gentleman there was very sweet and caring. He got me a bottle of water and let my husband and niece know I wasnt feeling very well.He was helping me with my phone, because I couldnt listen to my voice messages.He was so much help, I think his name was Cole.

Had a defective phone that I needed to get replaced. I ended up just getting a new phone and adding another line. Bryce was very knowledgeable, attentive and patient with all my questions. He even stayed an hour after they closed to help me with all my concerns. Amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend going in if you’re in need of a new phone or have any questions!

Decided to switch to an IPhone from a Android and Bryce made that change very easy. He is very attentive, patient, and kind. Bryce answered all my questions and was knowledgeable of the products. In the past I disliked going into a Verizon stores and now I will only go to the one located in Andover will full intentions of speaking with Bryce.

3 consecutive months have had to stop work and spend a minimum of an hour each month and as many as 5hrs to get bill straightened out. They send out confusing texts, have non working credit card machine, and allow 1 customer in store at a time. To make a simple cash payment on your account will consume at least 30 minutes of your time, assuming you are they only customer. Way to many discount carriers willing to bend over backwards for your service.Will be my final month paying a premium price expecting exceptional customer service, and getting nothing but my valuable time wasted. GOOD BYE

Colin was awesome we spent almost 5hrs getting everything switched over at no fault of Colin it was Verizon that caused the delay. Felt very bad that he had to keep redoing the switch because corporate is soooo difficult and your website was failing on him. He also had to call in more than once for help because you have some very rude tech people working for you smh. Website and tech department definitely need improvement the store itself and employees are awesome and not the problem.

I had looked up what I could upgrade to before I had arrived. While there Colin helped me figure out what to get. I didnt want to have a physicaly large phone, wanted more storage space than the current phone, and something that would not be too expensive. Colin asked what I do on my phone and suggested the S10e. He let me know that the latest and greatest was the S20 and the most expensive but I would be happy with the S10e. He was very helpful and not pushy at all.

Called the store and asked Bryce if the carried iPhone 7s he said the had the iPhone SEs in stock. He also explained it was a better phone and was only about $50 more. My friend and I went in so she could retire her old iPhone. Bryce was extremely helpful in transferring /updating and answered all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable in cellphones and knows about their services.

Stay away from this store. The manager, himself, will lie to you to get you to trade in your old phone, promising to send you $200 gift cards per phone you turn in. He did that to us and so we surrendered 3 phones we would have other wise used as streaming devices or could have sold for something. Instead I had to call many times, at which point they started dodging my phone calls, despite my remaining calm and polite about the whole thing. I literally had to call from another number to get them to answer and Bryce, the manager, perpetuated the lie by saying he emailed Verizon about it. Finally, after months of all this sketchiness, we went in to the store to handle it face to face, and the employee, Collin, handled it very poorly. I mean he said, sorry, like 50 times but he couldnt have been less sincere. If Victra really was sorry, they would have found something they could do for all the time I spent on this. I would rate them 0 stars, or even better negative stars for the loss of devices, time and effort. We will be leaving Verizon the first chance we get, but do yourself a favor and avoid this store.

The people working the store usually have very good customer service, but the guy in there today was extremely rude and disrespectful yelling at me to keep marching as I was walking out because I was told to leave for not wearing a mask after I explained to him I didnt wear a mask for a medical..
