Always great customer service. Very knowledgeable staff and whenever I have something going on with my hot tub that I think is a big deal. They hand me what I need and voila, it’s fixed! These guys aren’t just a merchant trying to sell you stuff, they are experts.

Leslie found us the perfect hot tub! We love it. She even came to our house to show us how to use it and care for it properly.

We are so pleased with our service from Valley Pool! We had a 20 x 40 sport pool installed and worked with John through this process. He made it very easy, seamless and fun! The staff here is great and I have had absolutely no issue keeping my water crystal clear and perfect with our saltwater system. we could not be more pleased on how easy and efficient it is! We absolutely love our pool and really thank Valley and John a bunch!

They sent out two guys to fix my hot tub.they were very professional and did a good job.the bill was reasonable....im very happy....highly recommended.

Dont go here if you want a quality hot tub or good customer service. We purchased a brand new Marquis a couple years ago and its had a leak ever since we purchased it. Requested they replace it but somehow I was on the hook for the shipping even though I had received a faulty tub from the start. They ended up patching it but it continues to leak albeit slowly. Ive also had 3 of the 4 straps for the cover come off. Ive made multiple calls about the straps and theyve offered zero assistance to get this fixed so far. If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not waste your hard earned money here.Truly, Luke

Good customer service.

Looked everywhere for a filter. Called Valley Pool and they had it and the chorline tabs we needed. They even went above and beyond, we were short a few dollars and they gave us a discount. Great customer service. We will be back!

Nice people. Usually not busy. I dont know price comparison. The product that was supposed to control algae isnt so much, so well see what they say/do about that.

When it comes to hot tubs the most helpful and knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with they will help you on there counter if need be or at your home great place to do business with.

Incompetent employees, and scammers, returned an item that was faulty, they never processed the return, now theyre fighting it in the dispute process, I have the reciept saying it was returned stop trying to scam people

I love this place. The staff is amazing and very helpful.

Very rude and snotty staff, went in there to order a cartridge filter for a pool, and ask a few questions. But it was obvious that they neither knew nor cared about what we were asking. Next day I called to cancel my order, that I had already payed for, and they tried to tell me that they had no record of the sale. It got straightened out, but I will definitely not be going back there. Will be trying the Blue Fin pool and spa if I need a pool store.

Rude and kind of made us feel like we had to figure everything out ourselves. Finally agreed to purchase a part that had to be ordered through them, had to call back the next day to cancel it and they didnt even have anything on file about it. Not one clue, none of our info. They thought we had called/bought the part from a completly different company! Never again with them.

Just left this place.. worth the drive hit the parts I needed and was on my way in no time.

If it werent for Valley Pool staff......my pool water would be a mess!
