Having a discussion will Bill Kendall was a refreshing change after dealing with another supplier for my office copy machine lease. Bill was professional in his dealing with me and suggesting a machine that would accommodate all our copy, scanning and faxing requirements over the next five years while offering a full service lease agreement that I am please with and complies with our needs.
