We had our roof, gutters, siding and deck replaced by Limitless. The communication was excellent from the time we called to get an estimate up to the completion of all the work. With half the project being an insurance claim and half being private, the billing could have been a nightmare but they were so organized with all of it. The work they did was better then we expected and any little issues that popped up were fixed right away. They were able to make our two level deck into one level and it is so well built. To say we love it would be an understatement.We are so pleased with the work they did and will definitely be calling them for any future projects!

We have now hired Limitless Exteriors twice for various home repairs and updates. They do not disappoint. Not only are the outcomes beautiful, but the process is painless. The crew is professional and the work is completed in a timely fashion. The clean up afterward is thorough. This is our first stop for home improvement projects.

My husband and I had 2 windows replaced and problems fixed from the way the old windows were installed. Other companies wanted to take short cuts and charge us more. Chris explained how they would fix the problems correctly and give us a nice water tight window. We were really impressed with the work that was done and we are very grateful that they were honest about their costs and potential delays from manufacturers. Now we know we have windows that won’t leak, and bonus, they look great!

This is the boutique contractor youve been waiting for. Limitless was 1 of 5 bids I got for roofing/siding/gutters. Chris literally sat at my kitchen table and we went through the whole project, detail for detail, line by line. He added projects and immediately told me the cost difference.What makes big projects like this so scary is uncertainty...and we didnt feel that with these guys.

Had siding and a door installed a couple years ago. Large gaps were left in various spots on the bottom of the siding where mice got in. Some areas of the vinyl siding are attached too tightly so pops are heard in the morning when its cool and the sun hits it. On the door, the strike plate was installed too high so the door doesnt latch most of the time when its warm outside. There are also gaps in the weatherstripping. When mistakes were pointed out, the project manager got defensive and standoffish.All of the installers were nice and professional.Edit: Picture of invoice attached. I recognize that many people have had a good experience with Limitless and thats fantastic. It is unfortunate that I did not and when I expressed as much I was met with defensiveness, both in the moment and here in my review. Please reflect on how you could make improvements for the minority of your customers that have a poor experience.

Jeff and Chris from Limitless Exteriors provided excellent service and communication during our needs from the June 2017 hail damage. We were kept informed of any delays due to the shortage of supplies because of hurricane damage which created a shortage of supplies. Chris stayed in contact with our insurance company throughout the whole time and notified them of changes due to price changes from when the original estimate was done and when work was actually completed. Jeff also sent out numerous letters to keep communication open for any supply delays, which I really appreciated.Today, August 5, 2019 I called Chris to report some concerns and to ask for an estimate because a few of our shingles from the roof was pulled up by our skylight. Limitless replaced our roof almost 2 years ago from the 2017 hail storm. I left a voicemail for Chris. Within 3 hours from leaving the voicemail, Chris was at my house checking out my situation and fixing it at no cost to me! Limitless clearly cares about its customers and provides excellent customer service.

Jeff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. A person that you can directly ask any important question which he will willingly answer. He was over to fix the rotten frame of our main door and the job was done in the best way possible. It felt like new and I could hardly differentiate that there used to be a problem. Limitless removed our steep cedar shake roof and replaced it with an asphalt shingle roof. We were very happy with the process and love the end result! Limitless Exteriors and Remodeling recently fixed a leak in our roof from a BAD contractor who did storm damage repair years ago. While they were at it, we had them give our home a little face lift by adding beautiful deep slate/blue shakes to a portion of the front of our home. Looks like a NEW house! Clean up was great too.
