All I can say is WHOA!If there ever was a place where you could get the best service while receiving masterful results for your vehicle, this is it.I recently had my entire SUV painted then wrapped in paint protection film by Automotive Elegance. The. Entire. Vehicle. Its a high-end SUV. And I am meticulous customer when it comes to cosmetics, so its tough to impress me and satisfy my nitpicks.Going into it a little nervous because this is my re-entry into the luxury category, I was concerned about the overall price I would pay and the quality of the workmanship I would receive. Longevity is a big deal for me on this vehicle because of the investment Ive made.Jamie Perkins took amazing care of me on the front end. First, he recommended an amazing body shop to take care of the underlying cosmetic issues, and an amazing finish shop to prepare my vehicle for the wrap. Then he thoroughly talked me through the Automotive Elegance process. Providing me with options for my vehicle - partial wrap and full wrap - while giving me his expert advice and opinion of best practices and helpful hints about what to expect. Very happy with the wrap & window tint I had done at Automotive Elegance. They were extremely professional from start to finish. Auto Elegance applied Expel film and ceramic coating to my 2015 Corvette and 2010 Camaro. They did and incredible job with both cars. I take very good care of my cars. The difference in the appearance of the cars after Auto Elegance did the paint correction and applied the ceramic coating was amazing. Both cars sparkle in the sun. Kevin was really great to work with and did everything he promised to do and on time. I also had them apply Expel film to my 2021 Telluride. Really pleased with Kevin and Auto Elegance!

I had contacted the shop to install the full XPEL protection on my brand new 2021 C8 Corvette. This place is top notch. I had my 2021 Tesla Model 3 taken care of here in Jan 2021. They applied full frontal PPF and full ceramic coating. 4 months and 6700+ miles later it still looks like brand new. I chose this place after doing my research on the products and application methods, and a couple local shops. This shop is a certified XPEL installer and was competitive with pricing. Every aspect of doing business with them was a pleasure. Good communication, professional employees, clean loaner car, excellent service. Would recommend!

I was looking to get XPel PPF on my new car, and got a recommendation for Automotive Elegance from a friend. I also did my research and saw the stellar reviews so gave them a call. Kevin P. responded to my inquiry almost immediately, and gave me prices and options (without any pressure / up sell for the more expensive packages or additional services). I ended up not only getting full front PPF but also opted for ceramic coat as well, after hearing great thinks about it. I think I contacted them on a Thursday, they had my car started on Monday, and ready to go by the next Thursday. The car looks fantastic, and neither the PPF nor the ceramic affected the color of the car. (If anything it enhanced the gloss / shine). It is essentially impossible to notice the PPF covered panels vs. the uncoated ones. The ceramic also adds a wonderful level of gloss, and I am excited to see how it holds up over time. Adding a piece of mind is the warranty that came with both products and more importantly, the commitment to customer service that the team at AE clearly has. They plan to bring me back in a month to make sure all the work is holding up as intended, and made it clear if I ever had any issues to given them a call. On top of all of that, the shop / waiting area is super clean and everyone there seemed friendly when I got a tour of the facility. It also certainly didn’t hurt to see the stable of high performance cars being cared for to give me confidence in the work I was having done on mine.

Quick and clean installation. Thoroughly explained all the film options and benefits and let me choose what was right fort my home and budget. My living room,. That gets a lot of direct light especially in the summer can get unbearable and the solar film was the answer. Definitely will be using Automotive Elegance/Sun Stoppers again when I decide to do the other windows in my house! Highly recommended

I recently purchased a 2020 Porsche Carerra 911 4s and knew that I needed to protect my investment. I called Automotive Elegance in Andover, MA and spoke with Jamie. I knew right away that I was speaking with someone who knew what he was talking about. We discussed options and quickly arrived at a plan for my car. He arranged to have the Porsche picked up at my house in NH. I was very impressed by the truck that arrived to take my car to Andover. The gentleman driving the truck handled my car with the utmost care. He loaded my car onto a tilting flatbed carrier with an articulating enclosure. By the time he was ready to leave, my car was fully protected. Jamie alerted me within minutes of the haulers arrival at my house and again when it arrived at AE in Andover. Jamie gave me daily updates while the car was being serviced. They thoroughly cleaned the exterior, performed a paint correction, applied a self healing, clear bra, and protective accent film on the rear fenders and then ceramic coated the entire vehicle. When I arrived at their shop 4 days later, I couldnt believe my eyes. My brand new Porsche, which looked beautiful when they first picked it up, had been transformed into something truly extraordinary. The paint appears much richer and the gloss is so shiny and perfect, you could shave in the reflection. I have already put 400 miles on the car since picking it up. Bugs, tar, dirt, bird droppings, etc. no longer stand a chance. I used to spend hours washing and waxing my cars before and after each time I would go for a ride. Not anymore. A California duster is all you need for the dust and for the bugs, etc., just take a clean wet cloth and wipe them away. Dry any surface water with a clean, dry, lint free cloth and youre done. The whole point of having a nice car is to drive it, not be a slave to its maintenance. You will have more time to enjoy the vehicle, even when it rains. The rain and mud just roll right off the finish! I would recommend to anyone that has a nice ride and loves to drive as much as I do, to call Automotive Elegance to discuss a protection plan. These guys are true professionals!

Jamie and Kevin made me feel confident that my dream car was in the right hands, and they and their team did an amazing job! They performed decontamination paint correction prior to applying their self-healing paint protection film as well as a full ceramic window tint and ceramic coating from the entire car including windows and rims! Cant say enough about these guys and their customer service. I brought my new 2020 wrx in for paint protection film. They found some defects in my paint and suggested I reach back out to the dealership since the car was new to have it looked at before applying the film. Long story short and after 3 months of pushing the dealership and manufacturer, the defects were fixed under warranty and I had the ppf reinstalled at auto elegance. They could have easily just applied the film from the start, taken my money and moved on, but they are perfectionists just like me. Jamie went above and beyond and actually called me weekly to check-in. Hes been in the auto business for a while and provided insight and support along the way. Kevin made sure the final film reapplication went smoothly as well. These guys treated me like one of their own. We contacted Automotive Elegance looking into the clear bra (Paint Protection Film) for our Mazda CX5. The car already had 11k miles on it and some minor paint damage, so we were on the fence. From the first phone call, we were impressed by how professional and knowledgeable they were. Our contact person Kevin, really listened to our concerns, and addressed all of our questions with detailed, thorough answers. We decided to get the full front wrap including side mirrors and A-pillars. When they were ready to get started on the job, it turned out the dealer had given us the wrong paint to cover the paint chips, and getting new paint would have taken us at least a week, based on Amazons delivery estimate, and the fact that several Mazda dealers in the area did not have the color we needed. Once again, Kevin went above and beyond in finding a dealer that had the paint we needed, and got it in one day! They were able to proceed with the job, which turned out spectacular. Cant recommend these guys enough!

Got the xpel full front on my model 3 and model Y. Coated it with the Fusion ceramic coating. Phenomenal! Jamie at AE was professional and courteous throughout, and his team did fantastic work. Highly recommend, especially on Teslas since the paint can get damaged pretty quickly on New England winter roads.

The first positive sign about using AE was they were the place to go as referred by another detailer with my specific Custom Work - adding protective film to my new 2020 CVO Harley Davidson. The second was when I walked into the shop in Andover and knew - I wasnt in Kansas anymore. Automotive Elegance did an amazing job on my 2020 1500 Denali. They did the paint correction, XPEL paint protection film, and a ceramic coating. The shop is very clean and professional and I would certainly go back for additional services. Washing the vehicle since the ceramic coating has been night and day compared to without. Then using the Xpel boost after the wash, it goes right back to that deep wet paint finish. Extremely satisfied customer!

Road debris I couldnt really avoid hit the front lip of my car and pretty much disintegrated a front piece of my XPEL wrap that I bought down in Texas. Emailed Kevin w/ Automotive Elegance the damage and in about a week he got it repaired for $100 less than what I was quoted from another XPEL wrap installer in an hour. Great shop, cant recommend them enough.

Unbelievable experience. Jamie Perkins and Kevin were top notch. The customer service was seriously better than great. They were so professional and really really attentive. I had the front grille of my new High Country Duramax custom paint matched because I hated the chrome; after painting it, I never wrapped it, so with a years use the whole front was all chipped from road debris, and so I had to have the whole thing repainted. I made a big mistake not having it wrapped the first time, and it cost me more money in the long run. After having it painted the second time, I had the PPF wrap done to the front bumper, grille, and headlights of my truck, and it came out perfect! The PPF self heals so if the debris hits it from the road, it will correct itself. Totally worth the money, and I wouldnt second guess having Automotive Elegance do it again. The facility was also beautiful. I highly recommend these guys; theyre the best!

I recently got film put on my 2020 Audi r8. I wasn’t expecting to love it as much as I do. I’ve gotten film put on my Mercedes in the past but their work is inadequate. Joey Gagne and his business partner as well as his staff were extremely respectful to me especially because I’m a full time mom and my schedule is always booked. I recommend them 100% to anyone who’s looking to get film on your car, and if that’s not what you’re looking to get done on your car, they have many other options as well as window tinting, dent repair, etc!

In Dec 20, Automotive Elegance installed its Premium package for XPEL ULTIMATE Paint Protection Film on my MB AMG GLC 43. The work was flawless! Also, it was completed on-time as promised by Kevin. I was very impressed by Kevins knowledge about paint protection. During our initial phone call, he helped guide my through the process of selecting the correct film package for my vehicle. Kevins customer service was outstanding throughout the whole process. Plus, Kevin provided me with a rental car while my vehicle was being serviced. I highly recommend Automotive Elegance and XPEL Paint Protection Film.Note: do your research if a dealership offers paint film protection as an upsell. In general, they will sub out the work to a 3rd party (like Automotive Elegance) and raise the price by additional 30%. You are better off going directly to Kevin and Automotive Elegance.

In August I brought my 2018 M550 in for clear bra (XPEL) installation and I could not be happier. Automobiles are a passion of mine and I am a stickler for perfection. With all purchase transactions I do my own detailed research and Automotive Elegance was a clear choice for the Boston area. What really sold me was the exceptional level of service and attention Will Jeffries provided me (Sales & Marketing Manager). This team is polished and professional at a competitive price when you consider the quality.When I brought my car into their facility I was humbled by the number of high-end performance and luxury vehicles. Their facilities were clearly designed for these types of automotive applications. The owners are always hands on performing many of the installations but all of their team members are seasoned experts.I would strongly suggest at a minimum getting the standard Plus wrap. The hood on the new 5 series is massive and requires a custom installation which I believe not all installers can perform. All of their workmanship and materials are formally backed up in written guarantees via a customer packet provided at the end.If there was only one area for improvement it would be to have a location closer to Boston. That being said they were very flexible with my drop-off and pick-up.If you care as much as I do about your car and want to ensure the job is done right with exceptional service, don’t look any further.Philippe Montillier

Brought my brand new GMC Sierra for some PPF and Ceramic coating. This place is clearly used to doing cars that cost 2x 3x what my truck costs but they took care of it just like it was an Italian exotic. I was made aware of how long it would take and even sprung some requests on them the day of and they took care of those as well. Great place would recommend to anyone looking to protect their cars (and trucks) from the realities of living in Massachusetts.

In hindsight, this is not necessary by any means for every project, as their artistic talent can be fully trusted for cases in which the client does not have specific and exacting demands as I did, but instead simply desires a stunning visual upgrade (and wisely invested film-based protection) for their vehicle.Automotive Elegance was able to meet a very impressive timeframe I outlined and has conducted honest business at a fast pace and a reliable level of service.
