Words cannot express how satisfied we are with AAA. Larry was super friendly, has fast dependable service and best of all he was correct in his diagnosis. The repair price was more than fair and we highly recommend AAA appliance. Need a good appliance company look no farther than AAA appliance.

Avoid this guy! His name is Larry Gulchrist. Not professional at all. More of a con guy. He knew he cannot fix LG refrigerator (because no parts), but he still came and just took a look and charged $85.He promised that if I have LG parts, the compressor, he will come back and install it at $250 by deducting the $85. I finally got him a to order parts from LG, he suddenly said “I am sure I will not work on your refrigerator”. What a waste of my time to coordinate with LG and all the efforts I spent to get the letter from LG! He just took the $85 and ran away!

Very nice people to work with. Fast and professional service. Highly recommend. My fridge went out we called and they were out the next morning.

We recently purchased a home and we have a home warranty through Old Republic. We had some issues with our dishwasher and fridge. Old Republic contracted the issues out through AAA Appliance Repairs LLC. AAA comes out to our home and fixed the problem with the fridge and tells us we need a fill valve to fix the dishwasher. The repairman asked for the fee, and we gave it to him as per our agreement with Old Republic (home warranty). These issues came up over the holidays, so my wife and I were nice enough not to bother AAA or Old Republic to fix the problem. After the holidays, I contacted AAA and they told me that they still did not have the fill valve for the dishwasher. I called AAA a few days later, and they said they wanted to schedule a time to come out and fix the dishwasher. The scheduled day came, and nobody showed up. Not a single call to us they wouldnt be there. Next day, my wife calls AAA and they told her they did NOT have the part, and that is why they didnt show. So we basically wasted a day waiting on this company to come out and fix the issue. Finally, I called Old Republic to handle the situation, and finally AAA came out to fix the dishwasher, only to find out they originally misdiagnosed the problem, and the dishwasher is still not fixed. To top it all off, AAA cashed our check we gave them, and didnt even fix the problem. So we cant even recover that loss. THIS IS A VERY BAD COMPANY THAT HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND EVEN WORSE ETHICAL BEHAVIOR. DO NOT USE THEM! I rated them one star on here because zero stars was not an option.

Just recently purchased a home and had old republic warranty for our service. Old republic contacted AAA for our repair and told me to call him in 30 minutes after I received the confirmation email. I called him and the phone hung up, so I called him right back no knowing if the phone had been disconnected or what. Same thing happened again, I called a 3rd time and left a very nice voicemail for him to call me as soon as he could so we could set up an appointment to fix my refrigerator. I called Old Republic back to see what was going on and they explained the problem. Finally he called me back and said he would be at the house at 4. I had forgot to ask if he accepted credit cards so I called him back and he RUDELY answer his phone. I said I have a quick question for you? He replied I have a a quick answer, STOP CALLING ME. What is your question? So I asked him and he said YES, NOW QUIT CALLING ME AND TAKE ME OUT OF YOUR PHONE!!!. I called Old republic and filed a complaint. If you are a business you shouldnt treat potential clients like that or talk to them like that at all. My refrigerator wasnt working and I had just gone grocery shopping the day before and I was worried about my this food spoiling. Still doesnt mean that you treat clients like that. I will never use this company for any repair ever again!!!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE

This company is used by my home warranty agency. I had an issue with an appliance and after the unprofessional communication I have received from AAA I refuse to let them come to my home. When I called back to make an appointment, the man who answered the phone said, What do you want? I responded, excuse me? He then said, well what do you want when do you want me to come out? This is not the way to speak to customers. Even if I myself am not responsible for the complete payment of service, I still pay $100 directly to him and Ill be damned if I give a penny to anyone who speaks so rudely.

We have a previous repair company out to look at our washer they turned the dial and said the motor was shot and said it would be 350.00 for a new motor, I decided to get a second opinion so I called AAA - - AAA came out actually took the time to diagnose the problem come to find out there was a sock stuck in the pump. Only charge me $115.00 for the repair. For now on I will ONLY call AAA!

We recently purchased a home. He came out to our home stated he needed $100.00 for service fee before he could get started. Said he didnt have the right part, took the check and left. Now states the repair is not covered and he wont be back to fix it.
