I have been living at Andover place for about a year and to be honest it has been a great experience. The first 6 months I was dealing with mice and contacted maintenance and as a relief, I haven’t been seeing them as much as before so hopefully that issue was taken care of. The neighborhood is very safe and super quiet, great for residents with dogs and kids. I use their gym a lot since I now work from home. The equipments are very old and could definitely be replaced, one of the treadmill don’t work which makes it hard unless you get there first. I’ve said something to management, still nothing has been done about it. Besides the gym I don’t have much complaints. Management is very responsive and I love the fact that they keep the buildings and surrounding area clean.

I lived at Andover Place Apartments for the past 10 months, and left to go back to New York. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff is beyond amazing. The apartment was great, and comfortably updated. The location is unique along the Merrimack River trail which starts almost at the parking lot, and extends all the way to North Tewksbury. It is quiet, peaceful and pleasant treat when you could just walk out of your apartment right into such a beautiful trail.

Very safe place to live. Convenient to all and has all the amenities to live comfortably.

I lived here for almost two years (2018-2020). It’s not a particularly fancy place, but I never felt unsafe. This was the most cost effective option I could find in an expensive area, and I don’t regret the choice. I only had good experiences with management and maintenance, and there were no issues getting my security deposit back.

I’ve been living here over a year. My apartment have lots of mouse. This is been on going since the first day we moved in. I shouldn’t renewal my contract only because they said they hired new contractor to get rid of this problems. We have more mouse with this new contractor. We clean these drops everyday, we buy containers to store our foods. There were time we had to put everything on our dining table. This is awful, we have had to asked to give us a different apartment but they won’t agree. This is not worth paying over 2k a month for this type of apartment.

Very disappointed in my rental experience. My apartment is infested with mice and its been going on since August. The maintenance also left my door unlocked after they were in my apartment a total of 7 hours with my apartment door unlocked.

Been year over a year and have not many complaints at all about to apartment.Update:Not too long after this post we found multiple mouse droppings and have seen them running in our apartment. Weve complained multiple times, exterminator has come, but still no change. The leasing office has had countless complaints from us and other units across all three buildings for months (if not maybe even years) and have yet to successfully eradicate the issue. Not only is it disgusting and unsanitary, this is unacceptable for how much they charge for rent!

It would have been a perfect score if my security deposit was received on time, also we move out because of the increasing rental fee but that’s business….it’s understandable….I still highly recommend this place due to its quietness, security wise, amenities, prompt response on maintenance issue and above all you can exercise like jogging due to its huge compound and safeness…if circumstance permits I’m still looking forward to become a future tenant again.

Friendly staff, prime location with all amenities you need on site. Buildings are well maintained and have generous apartment space. Definitely recommend -- great value for your money!

Rent was very affordable for the area. Well maintained and any issues are quickly addressed. I enjoyed my time there.

Great place to live! I moved to Andover Place recently with my husband (and our dog!) and so far weve been very happy. Our apt. is spacious and feels very luxurious! Especially the kitchen -- it has new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. So far the staff has been welcoming, attentive and helpful. We had a slight maintenance issue that was fixed within a couple hours after I called. Also, the apartment community is great with a clubhouse and gym with brand new equipment such as ellipticals and treadmills Ive tried out a few times. And love taking our dog for walks in the dog park. Looking forward to warm weather so we can use the pool and outdoor BBQ!! Highly recommend Andover Place Apartments!

Admittedly the place has bed bug issues. While we were there the pool had some sanitation issues. But the management is easy to work with. Theyll do anything to get you to stay. Right now this is the only place that is cheap in that area. We decided to get out once our initial lease was over.

My fiancé and i just bought our first home and just recently moved out of the andover place apartments. The environment is warm and welcoming, landscaping is always well kept and above all i always felt safe living there. The employees in the leasing office are nice and friendly and try and accommodate any needs that you have. i would highly recommend these apartments!

The worst place I have ever lived. The management Roseland was extremely poor. The manager Victoria was rude and always had a strong attitude. During construction, they tear down my bedroom wall and door. My bedroom had no wall for months. The construction lasted for three months and I can not live there from 8am to 5pm. The room was very dirty. They even made a hole on my floor that I could see the bathroom floor under my apartment. I rent a one bedroom but it became a studio because of no door in the bedroom. I asked them for compensation, they refused. When my lease ended, the maintenance manager said he forgot my appointment with him to check the apartment. I waited for one hour.Right now I live in California, the apartment here is very good. The management is very nice and efficient. The maintenance even check twice about my request. Therefore, there are lots of apartments are better than this one. You deserve live in a place that management does not ignore you.

I lived at Andover Place Apts. for two years moved away due to job transition. My apartment was Very nice, granite countertops, nice appliances, quiet & scenic with a water view (wetlands) from the patio. It has wooded areas with wildlife (rabbits, geese & rare occassions deer). The management staff & maintenance are very friendly and they are right on top of any issues. The pool is awesome and well maintained. Grounds are kept beautiful. Highly recommend as a previous resident.

One of my bedroom is extremely hot due to the hot heating line going on one of its wall and the boiler room under the room. Since I moved in I never used this room. Though its winter but still with the normal heating and the hot walls make it extreme worm. I can not turn off heating in whole apartment to keep one room normal. The management said they are working on it since last 5 months but nothing changed yet. I think there is problem with heating/hot water lines in the buildings. The walkway in many floors are very hot in summer and winter as well.

This was the worst apartment rental experience I have had. The staff were extremely rude constantly trying to ripe me off. There was dog poop in the hallways and the smell of weed in the elevator.

I can’t say anything good about this place, hallways smell, the only trash dumpster is disgusting and has trash everywhere. Theft is the most that bothered me, I had my 14k$ motorcycle stolen and car broken into within 3 months of living there, the washer started to stink real bad, the bathroom always has a foul oder possiably mold. It does not matter how bad you complain about this place the only response you will get is “o we’re sorry” like that will reimburse your losses. The price of rent and the quality of a home is pathetic and it will not matter if your feed up with the problems there or just do not feel safe with people invading your privacy or taking your belongings, they will relentlessly bill you for any remainder of your lease left. If you don’t care for your well being this is a perfect place for you.

We have been living in 700 bulfinch drive since 5 years. Now there are too many mice since 2 years. We have complained infinity time about this issue but now they dont even consider our complain seriously. We are very dissapointed by this attitude. And handful of rent goes up every year which is very unfair.

Living here since last 3 years. The new management /Taymil took over 6months back.. they changed so many things . They fired previous maintenance people when they took over. So now, they are slow in addressing maintenance problems. I dont have stove/microwave light since 2months. When complained somebody came and they said they dont have lights and they will order.. nobody came in last 2months to fix the lights. Not prompt maintenance. We have Mice in almost all apartments. Everyone complained and its getting worse. Snow doesnt get cleaned in time. It happened every time it snowed last winter. Management/Kathy the manager is cold and rude.They do not acknowledge the problems. They have increased the rent a lot since they took over. They want to pay ridiculously high rent for this units.
