One time this guy picked me up an hour before he as scheduled too. And I said I wouldn’t be ready for work for another 10 minutes and he very rudely said “hurry up man I got places to be, when you call a taxi you need to be ready.” The time I got a taxi before this time a different guy was an hour LATE taking me to work so I thought I should’ve called ahead to get one but he ended up showing way to early. And the lady on the phone is extremely rude telling me to come drive for them if I think I can do a better job. 0% recommend and we need a different taxi service than this one.

I’ve called for 2 days needing a ride to work next week while my car is being worked on, no answer and it goes straight to voicemail (which is full). Sent a message on FB messenger, no reply. Even drove over to the office and walked in. Nobody there. How in the world is a business able to stay open like this? There are no other ride services in Anderson or I would call them. Absolutely ridiculous! Just shut the business down if you’re not going to help anyone

Used this taxi service early morning Saturday, March 20th. We were trying to be responsible people and get a taxi home very early morning. Driver shows up with pregnant girlfriend riding shotgun and NOT wearing a mask. The driver was terrible. He could not stay on the road, we were crossing the line, driving over rumble strips and at one point literally driving on the curb until the girlfriend said babe, youre on the curb. About 4 miles from our destination he asked if he could pull over!! WHAT?? NO!! He drove 55 in a 70, but we were probably safer that way!! We would have been better off driving home drunk! I absolutely did not feel safe.

You cannot get nowhere quick with them its always going to be at least a 45-hour wait since the only taxi service in town

Was told they would not come to my area to take me to work. Had only one driver but I called 2 hours before I had to be at work. Basically said didnt matter how early in I called they was not coming to pick me up, even though I have been picked up from the same location several times. Always paid without having any issues and normally would give a tip. Smh

After numerous attempts to get someone to answer the phone. They finally answered and said they were short staffed. And it would take 45 minutes to an hour before they picked me up. Needless to say after 4 hours ,, they never showed up. And during that time never answered the phone again!!!

Only cab in town. Dispatcher are very unprofessional. Call today said i was going to Applewood. Try to tell them where to pick me up at. Got cursed at. I said hey dont get rude with me. They hanged up. So i place a complaint with BBB. I would advise peolpe not to use there service. If everyone in town would stop usins them for a day are so. I hate that this is the only taxi service in town. Uniquely awful. Terrible service. Horrible attitudes for a business. I dont think the drivers or the the dispatch know how to tell time. Never accurate with the wait time and they just dont care. Worst part is there is no authorty to file a complaint with. Where is uber when you need it this place is GARBAGE!!!

Had to give at least 1 star to leave a review. I called for a taxi and they said they couldnt give an exact time for pick up. I had to call back twice, it was going to be 3 hour wait to get a ride. The guy answering phones got upset when I questioned after the first hour and a half wait if there was anyone on the way yet. This company is a joke. I cannot wait until uber and lyft put them out of business.

If you in a rush dont call them! They give you an approximate time of 25 minutes and take over an hour. The drivers are nice but they lie about pick up time.

I called for taxi @9:45,was told 45 mins to a hour . Called back at 1 hour,was told,she is trying to clear driver... Called back at 1 1/2 hour...was told I must of got lost in the mix .. I suggest you walk instead of calling this company!!!

Unique is a great service , when they show up!!! The cabs are always clean and the drivers are friendly. But there have been 2 different occasions where they have been really late to the point where I had to wake up my fiance to take me to work so I wouldnt be late. In fact, they just called me 20 minutes after my scheduled pick up time to tell me they were outside. Im halfway across town on my way to work already! I cant be late!

In October of 2016 I ordered a taxi and subsequently cancelled the ride. The money was charged and then refunded. All was good right? WRONG!! Apparently a clerical error was made on their end and they refunded more than they were supposed to. So, in MAY OF 2017 imagine my surprise when I have a charge from Unique Taxi (A town taxi?) of $80. I never used their service nor did I give them authorization to charge my card. When I called to ask about it, the Manager told me THEIR EMPLOYEE made an error 7 months ago. So they thought it was okay to correct the error by helping themselves to money in my bank account without my knowledgeable or authorization. Probably needed their bools to balance out. When the manager constantly demanded she was in the right I said Im reporting the charge to my bank as an unauthorized charged and she threatened to take me to court. I wouldnt give them your card information EVER. They clearly do not know how to run a professional business.

Started using cab company exactly (3) three days ago 12/10/2018. Its a flat rate of $17 from Anderson to Pendleton. I have paid $34 (2) days in a row and had no problem doing it again today. Only to my surprise today Im told that on 11/06/18 I used their services paid via card and it declined and I have to pay upfront of $20.50 and was put out of the vehicle. They failed to provide me with any information to the person, number and direct address, even asked for the driver. The manager is to.call me back and Im still waiting. Oh I to be at work and Im still not there.

My trucks been broke down and id just like to say these people are pretty awesome there always right on time and much cheaper than the other taxi company in this town and much more friendly.. i do recomend this taxi company they care enough to get you where your going on time .. Called for a ride, was told 40 minutes, and cancelled ride after an hour and 10 minutes of waiting outside of a hotel with no show or update on arrival time. Highly UN-recommended, Extremely unsatisfied. This taxi service epitomizes Anderson. Never received this lack of service or courtesy anywhere in the nation.In response to company reaponse:The fact remains that you told me about 40 minutes, and it was nearly double that with no concern to notify me. A related fact is that I called your competitor company, they stated that they would be there in about 20 minutes, and they were there in twenty-one. Thats possibly the reason that they have better reviews on Google than does your company. Your unprofessional response, alone, to my review would most likely send a red flag to most potential customers around the country. Its Anderson, so youre probably safe.

Unique was super considerate ...thank u for act of kindness during my fathers funeral. Very stand up.

Website says open anytime, however five times calling and no ANSWER AT ALL...not cool. Had to call and pay more thru Roses. Would not suggest for 3rd shifters to rely on.

My husband works nights called these incompetent people and hr and half later they still havent picked him up. In Anderson! Went with competitor! They were fast! Rose taxi or Rosas taxi is faster! Reliable.

Worst taxi service ever I take a taxi to and from work at 2:00 its 7 dollars when its 9 or 10:00 3rd shift charges 10 or 9.50 they also say 45 min and waited 3 hrs call roses and they were there in 15 min. And today the driver asked the dispatcher how much the fair was and they said 7 dollars when I gave the driver. A 20 he gave me a 5 and 5 ones and thought I wouldnt count it I told him and he tried to play it off in sorry that was the price for my last fair reporting them to the IRS and INGOT.

Not even a one star!!!!! I been asking for a card for 3 years even the last company theyd had and every firth cab you get a discount. But I have only received one card years ago! I have asked for five/ six months, while taking a cab to keep them open n tipping 2/5 bucks and I havent gotten a card taking one at least twice a week on a slow wk!!!😏😑🤔😀 Use to be a great company! The best. Plus Im getting charged after looking and telling me iIdont see it well you found it abathey never charged so much to bring anything back! 7$ is crazy when you instantly call back with it? Getting gready BUT it depends on who working, getting great on times call at least a day ahead helps but never had a problem but twice since I was 5!!!!!

I called Roses Taxi and was told that they would pick me up in 35 min. I waited 35 minutes my Taxi arrived, i went outside and he drove off without me. Called dispatch and they told me that they were going to tell him to turn around. I waited an hour!!! So i finally called Unique Taxi and they were there in 15 minutes!!! They were super professional and kind and i could idenity their van the minute it pulled in where as Roses taxi didnt have anything! No light... No Taxi logo or anything and i was confused at first becasue i didnt know if it was some regular driver or my Taxi... And when i called Roses to cancel my service, the dispatch got an attitude with me and hung up... Atleast i didnt make your driver come all the way back for nothing! And let me remind you that this is the first time i have EVER called a Taxi! Never been in one in my life!!! And Unique taxi sure made me feel welcomed and was super nice and on time! For the same low cost as Roses! And for all the people saying they werent professional and they waited for hours and over charged ect. I honestly think those are friends of employees of Roses trying to get you to call them instead of Unique... Please dont make that mistake... Unique is my go to for now on!

I was told they would be here around 4 when it was 315 that they said this. The wait time was horrible. 4 comes around and still no taxi, an hour passes and still not taxi. So I called them to be told, yeah I will be headed that way in 15 minutes. 2+ hours of waiting for a ride to go home is ridiculous.
