Septic tank backed up on a Saturday while we had guest at our lake home and I sure am happy we found these guys. They arrived in under 30 minutes and quickly located my tank. The crew walked me through exactly what they would be doing and what caused the backup. They fixed all the issues and repaired where they had to dig beautifully. Professionalism, quality work, promptness and fair pricing are hard to find these days and these guys nailed every one of those. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone needing any plumbing/septic service. I know that I will only use them for my needs.

The supervisor came out and saw that my drain field was completely flooded and stated he could repair it. I have had 3 other companies out and they all stated my system was unrepairable. The fellows came out a week later and put in new lines for my drain field. They were super sweet guys and very respectful. They told me what to expect. So glad I found them!

They were very friendly and professional. He explained everything so that we could understand what they were doing and why they were doing it. We were given instructions on how to maintain my septic tank and get the best performance from it. We were also given options of what we could do to prevent it from failing. We will definitely be using them again and recommend them to our family and friends.

I called about 2:45 pm and they were here within the hour like they said they were. Found out that the original installers of the system really didnt care about long term repercussions of their terrible job. These guys came and fixed it and didnt leave until the dirt was back where it came from and even raked it level. Super happy and will definitely recommend them to anybody. Dont call anybody else, just call these guys and get it done right.

Very professional, very friendly, explained everything that I needed, very reasonable with pricing. He was done in less than an hour. I will definitely call again when I need septic work done.

We had an emergency problem that ultimately required more work than we had expected. The work was done the same business day of my call. The onsite staff were polite and respectful. The takeaway from our experience with Rooter Express was the positive, genuinely nice way that the receptionist worked with us and our emergency. The owner personally called to follow-up, and he showed us nothing but respect and cooperation. Lots of companies work on septic tanks, but we were impressed with the management of a complicated and emergency problem. I will recommend this company.

We have been living in our house for 14 years. In that time, we have had our septic tanks emptied 3 times. However, this time, the 4th time, is the first time they have taken the time to truly explain what was going on and what they were doing. Even more surprising, they were the first company in 14 years to go through the extra time and effort to open up and empty the second septic tank, which we had no clue even existed until now. Them doing the extra work to find, uncover and drain the second septic tank has saved us thousands down the road in repairs and replacements. So, despite paying multiple times for other companies to empty out the septic tank, it wasnt until we called Rooter Express that we got friendly, honest, hard working service that went above and beyond to get the job done the right way. While other companies came out with some hand tools and a pump, Rooter express showed up with actual machinery instead of a simple shovel. This greatly cut down on the time it took to get the job done, which we greatly appreciate. It took us getting scammed 3 times before finally learning about and reaching out to Rooter Express. BEST DECISION EVER! You will not find anyone better, especially at their reasonable prices!

My wife and I purchased a home with a septic tank. Not knowing when it was last serviced, I contacted this company. I told Amanda I wasnt sure where the opening was, but she assured me the tech would dig and find it. The quote was $225.00. When the tech arrived, he tried three times to convince me I was on county sewer, which I am not. He was not able to provide the service, but charged me $150.00. Like a dummie, I paid it. The next day I called and Amanda told me they would send a refund check to me that day. After a week, I called and Amanda said they didnt have any checks the previous week but had just received some and my check would go out that day. After another week , I called on a Monday and this time spoke to Kim. She stated the check had been sent out a few days earlier on Friday. It has now been over a week and still no check. I believe this business is a borderline scam

Michael came by the house and surveyed my issues. He diagnosed quickly and sent some techs out (Wayne and Christy). Everyone was very nice and worked efficiently. They assured me that if there were future issues related to this call they would take care of them. I appreciate everything that they did and the information they provided. It was a separate issue from the last time but still worked promptly and were very courteous!

These guys came out to my home and were professional. They arrived on time, they pumped my tank and their communication was great. They were very transparent about what services they were doing and how much it would cost me. Prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend. Great job!

The day after Christmas our septic tank had a major issue. We called an emergency service in the area and they came out and fixed the issue. Within a few days we realized the issue was definitely not fixed. Unable to use any water without it backing up into our tub, we called Rooter Express and they were able to fit us in right away. They came out, discussed every step with us, gave us an estimate, and got right to work. They were at our home nearly all day, working constantly.While they were working in our backyard our neighbor texted us to tell us we had definitely gone with the right company. He had used them years prior and they were the only ones that fixed his ongoing septic issues where other companies had failed or quick fixed it.This company is fantastic, went above and beyond for us, and we highly recommend them!

Jessie and Christy were incredibly helpful after pumping our septic tank , for a second time, only to find that it wasn’t our system at all but the lack of rain water drainage in our yard. We were not charged for the second pumping because Rooter Express wanted to make sure that the work they did previously was sound. Considering the amount of money we’ve spent so far trying to get a proper diagnosis , we’re very grateful for all of their help and understanding! Thank you RE, Jessie, and Christy. This company quoted $550, but changed the charge to $3,250 upon arrival. They took advantage of my situation. I have reached out for further explanation of the exorbitant charge - 4 phone calls and 3 emails. They will not reply or give me the requested explanation. They promised a 2 year warranty - but I cannot get confirmation of anything in writing. I have never been so extorted of money by a business in my adult life. Very disappointed. Do NOT hire this company.

We highly recommend their services! We called originally to have the septic pumped. They were a bit cheaper than other places. Guys came on the scheduled date. They did the job well and made an observation of a problem with the main line and we were informed that it would be recommend to replace a part of the line.

Very happy with Rooter Express. Jesse was very prompt, fixed our plumbing problem quickly and at a good price, he came by that afternoon on his way home and got it done!

The day after Christmas my system decided to start backing up into the house. After calling multiple companies I got a hold of Rooter Express. They’re located all over the Southeast. They told me they could be at the house in about 2 hours. With a house full of people I jumped on it! They were actually earlier than I expected. Found the tank, dug it out, took off the lid, found a clog tight at the main pipe entering the tank. Cleared that and pumped out the tank which was almost full ( after 3 years). The guy was awesome. I had them come back 2days later and install a riser so no more digging up the sod and dirt every 3 years!

Ill tellyou Rooter Express is the best of the best hands down and they have some of the best workers around the did s very good job

I would recommend them by far. I had a problem this morning they were here by 1:30pm and problem fixed. Friendly and reasonably priced.

I believe this company is a scam.They quoted a fair market price for pumping a septic tank. ~$370They quoted a fair market price for rebuilding a septic system. ~$4,500But when they got to my house they introduced a new service: pumping the drain field for ~$3,500.Since they seemed trustworthy I went for it. Which was a mistake.I didnt think to price check this Drain Field Pumping service until after they were gone. Turns out I cant find any mention of this service being either recommended or provided by anyone else anywhere.I tried calling these people back and asking for a refund.They refuse to tell me the name of their company owner.They refuse to tell me what chemicals they used to treat the drain field.They refuse to explain how pumping 3,000 gallons total (they claim) from my tank and drain field should cost TEN TIMES MORE than pumping 1,000 gallons from a tank.Theyve promised to call me back and never have.Not even an email returned.Many times Ive called them back to follow up and have been sent straight to voicemail.The only good thing about this experience for me is Ive learned a little bit about septic systems (whereas before I didnt know anything).I personally think this business is illegitimate and I recommend any and everyone to stay far away from Rooter Express.No matter how desperate your septic or plumbing issues may be, dont make the same mistake I did. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

Very fast and professional service. I contacted Palmetto Pumpers this morning expecting to wait 1-2 days for service since this was no emergency. I was wrong. They told me someone would be at my home this afternoon. Chris showed up before 4 and took care of my problem. Chris is very professional and knowledgeable. I needed my septic tank line replaced so called Palmetto Plumbers. They told me when they would come, showed up on time, repaired the line, and charged me a VERY reasonable price for the whole job. They were quick, efficient, and did not make a mess in my back yard.I would recommend them to anyone!

Our septic tank filled up 2 months after it being cleaned out by this company. A second company we had to call out for an emergency call showed us where it was not cleaned out properly. We had a week of unresponded to phone calls from the manager, despite having an appointment time for a phone call. We are disppointed they did not want to try and make it right.

Palmetto pumpers are aTotal SCAM!!! Charged 3,000 dollars for 2 hours work to pump a septic tank and change inlet and outlet drain fitting that were unnecessary. Warning dont let these people SCAM you.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Check out their reviews in georgia must be the reason for their new location. Seems to move around lots of unsatified customers.
