Got what we needed. Found an amazing magical candle that spins and plays a song. Tons of balloons to chose from. Ill definitely come here for any themed birthday parties for kids in the future.

Love the store and the employees. They do need more help though to check people out. They had three people working the balloon counter with a long line. Had one lady working a register with another long line. Poor lady scanner did not work so instead of moving her she was having to enter the barcode number in manually for everyone. Other then that I like the store. I understand that possibly it is people just not wanting to work. They all did have a pleasant attitude and the lady at the register did keep you laughing to pass tims.

The manager was so helpful. She checked on me multiple times to make sure that i disnt need help or assistance with finding anything. Go you want be disappointed. Even the young lady at the cash register was nice and helpful.

Great place for costumes of any kind ONLY if you have 45 min to spare to stand in line with only 2 cashiers. I ended up leaving without anything after waiting to buy my costume for 35 min and still had 16 people in front of me. Two or maybe three registers were able to help but employees were walking around in back like they were all on break at once. And they were NOT the ones helping with costumes. I watched to make sure. What a let-down. And curbside pickup is NOT an option like the website says if they wont answer the phone.

I was looking for invitations & party supplies to make my daughters first double digits party special. We found exactly what she had in mind! I love knowing that she doesnt have to have a cookie cutter party! Now she will shine on her special day!! The staff was helpful too & answered any questions we had!!

It has incredible service, costumes, and quality, but the prices were very high. Couldnt afford barely anything.

Wonderful and clean too! Love all the decorations. The store manager was very helpful. My order was already complete when I went to pick it up. No wait. Wonderful!!!

I have visited this store quite a bit lately. I am getting ready for my wedding and find that coming in here helps stimulate my creative juices with ideas for the reception. Staff has been helpful when Ive needed them.

The staff has been really helpful the last couple of times I have been there (usually picking up birthday stuff for work parties). The store is well organized and they have a great selection. Around halloween this place is crazy busy and they still manage to stay organized.

Didnt have anything we needed

Even with the craziness of Halloween this store had the best system for picking a Halloween costume. Instead of digging through hundreds of bags they have each one on the wall and a person standing there to tell you Id they have it in stock. Then someone pulls it from the back and you pick it up. Super easy

My kids love this place. Whenever we are in this plaza i can give the kids a dollar and they can go in a buy some candy or tiny toys. Its fun to check out the dress up stuff, especially during halloween. They always have great prices here. Staff is friendly. It could be cleaner inside though.

The day we went was during the week and the shelves were really bare and didnt have much in the way selection.

Victoria helped me to find what I needed and the young lady at the register was very sweet to my grandson. Sorry I didnt get her name! This is a great difference than the last time I was in and I will shop there more often now

Party City is always a wonderful spot to bring any kidsand at the same time has lots of goodies for adults to have fun with as well. it usually doesnt take very long for a staff member to come around and ask if you need anything and are usually pretty knowledgeable about where things are located. And Ive never had a bad experience with them. Although you do have to watch their prices I found things that they sell for five or six dollars that the Dollar General nearby sells for $1.

Didnt have what I was looking for, but during Halloween its always hectic. Seems staffed with helpful people and ALMOST everything youre looking for. Great for party themes!

Always gave everything Im looking for and more. One if the employees heard me and my husband talking to our now 3 yr old about you birthday and party the following day. She gave him and my 1 yr old son a free balloon each. Made them so happy. Great experience!

Alllll kinds of different things to choose from. You need supplies for a party? Theyve got it. Stuff for birthdays, graduations, baby showers, weddings...you name it. Not to mention all of the other seasonal holiday stuff like Easter, Valentines day, summer pool party things, and everyones favorite, Halloween! Costumes, mask, props, and make up galore.

The store website listed 8 if the item I drove over to buy-there were none actually in the store. An employee said more could be on the days truck and to come back later. No sorry for the inconvenience or offer to call me. Not going back/ordered online from another store.

Had to pick up balloons for my boss, the sweet staffer girls listened to my terrible story of how I lost two balloons when I was transferring the food from the mid of the car to the back. The letters just floated away and I never even saw them. That said these staff girls were very sweet and listened to my dumb story and even helped me find the balloons I needed and were quick. Good on you gals.

What a blast what an absolute blast you can find everything there you can even get great ideas it gives a lot to the imagination and if you dont know what you want to do for a party go to Party City they will have what you need to make a great party!!

Evidently there are no returns on holiday items within 7 days of the holiday. There are no signs anywhere in the store that state that. The message is on the receipt. But once you get the receipt ...you already bought the item which you can not return!!! bunch of crap!!! Put up a sign!!!

The times they are listed to be open is incorrect. Call before you go. Was told corporate office will not fix the errors. Why? All it takes is to fix this issue on the computer. Lazy People. I always come here to buy my kids Halloween costumes and they always greet you, they are always smiling and everything is organized. Anything you ever need help with they are there to help with no hesitation.

Some pieces that are online arent always in-store like it says, but its just as easy to shop online for Party City.Employees generally very helpful. Cellphone reception is all but dead, so it can be hard to give an employee a costume reference if you dont already have one. But, they try their best to help anyway!Well-kept and clean. Good parking, with lots of other stores on either side of it (clothing, shoe, hobby stores, and places like Bed Bath & Beyond, as well as restaurants like Panera Bread, Olive Garden, and a QT gas station).

I went in looking for SpongeBob birthday party supplies and there was nothing! Not one employee asked me if I needed help so Ill look somewhere else.

A neat place to shop for party decorations /favors. However, the hours on their website are wrong. I was in there one evening and the lady who worked there basically kicked me out because they were closing (even though there were other people in there she singled me out), and Id checked their online hours and they had said it would be open another half hour at least. The employees werent very friendly. Ive been other times when there were friendlier faces. 😊 I will still shop here occasionally , but will come earlier in the day. And if I can find what I need somewhere else first, then I will.

Enjoy shopping here but the store hours state that it is open until 9 p.m. and right now it is 8:34 p.m. and the store is already closed with the lights off. Very disappointing that they cannot stick to posted hours so I could get some last minute party supplies.

I normally love this store for parties. I went Greenville I had no troll stuff so I call Anderson store guy said yes we have lots. Get there its have a few cups. Thats all. I drove hour too one store and then another to the other. Waste of time.

Jerry at Party City saved our Batman party!We purchased a bunch of balloons today for our 3 year olds birthday party. When we got home, the giant Batman balloon escaped from the car and the 3 year old watched in horror as Batman flew away.We went back to Party City and the manager Jerry was gratious enough to replace it for us. Thank you so much for helping us! We love Party City and always shop here.

My first review, but this NEEDS to be said.Poor service. Always get put on hold for several minutes (usually 20 before I hangup). Ive never been able to reach the actual store associates.Also have seen rudeness where customers tried talking to someone and was blatantly ignored.Ill never shop here, nor recommend shopping here if at all possible. Avoid at all costs!

Paid for ballons to get blown up days before, given a certain time, get there, and they cant be found. And the manager was no help. Was told to look for others MYSELF and then they can help. Instead of them fixing their mistake and making the paying customer do the work. That store is a joke.

Awesome customer service from Alicia at the Fort Myers store! She went above & beyond to take the time to call me when an item I was looking for came back in stock, because of her we will return in the future.

Found some very useful catering/large group entertaining. Their prices on some products seem a bit steep (e.g. $6 for 7 ounces of buttermints - but individually wrapped), but overall a pretty decent place.

To many people not a good flow for so many need to figure oyt a better way when busy and always out of sizes

Good day, its Sat.Nov. 11th, I asked a member of the staff, where the Inflatiums were kept, I was coughing the words out, this issue became worse, so I found the restroom, and kept choking, till it stopped. The staff member never asked if she could assist me or at least find out if I was alright. I did not get her name.It was around 11:00.I bought the item I wanted and a birthday card. I will not blame you, however I have managed for years,and found employees that did not give a damn. Its a business killer.Thank you for your time.Rain Rush

Went here for a military party. Only one small section and it was all kid options.

Clean and organized store. The staff was very friendly and asked if we needed help without us having to approach them.

Ive called to see if they have a certain table cloth lady says she did than 15 minutes later when I arrived they wasnt even there. I really dont even think she looked bad service with bad attitudes.
