I absolutely loved working with Megan at Event Rentals. She is so helpful and was able to fulfill a last minute linen request for a wedding. The linens added the perfect elegant touch to their welcome and cake tables. I would highly recommend them to any Bride or Event Planner!

They were great! The sound equipment was exactly what I needed (for my sons wedding in May). And they included all the cables, extension cords, etc.The price was excellent. I assumed the price quoted was for a daily rental, but it was weekly. Amazing!And they were so nice when I called to reserve the equipment, and when I picked up and dropped off.In case you cant tell, I was really impressed. Ill definitely go back there for anything else I ever need!

Working with Event Rentals was GREAT!! I worked with Jamie and she was very responsive to email and phone calls. She was also very helpful in deciding exactly what I needed to make my moms Birthday Party a huge success. We rented a 20x40 Frame Tent, Perimeter lights and walls for the tent. The delivery was quick and the guest set it up just as we requested. I will definitely be using them again for the next event.

I have never had even the slightest issue in the over 7 years I have been using Events Rentals. Anything I needed done or changed was done in a timely and positive manner. Such an amazing team!!! Event Rentals was amazing to work with (actually fun) and they delivered perfectly the items needed for my daughter’s wedding. The tent, chairs, tables, wood tables, and all other items made for a picture perfect wedding. The best part of their service are the people. From the first site visit to the in house visits/decision making meetings to the set up and tear down - everyone in the organization was beyond positive, kind, helpful, polite and just plain beyond pleasant to be around. This group is not only one of a kind - but sets the standards for all the other vendors.

Martin, Parker and Company were truly amazing in helping us execute our event. We were hosting over 1700 people and without them making things so seamless, I would have been very stressed. We were very demanding, changing and adding things at the very last minute(including the day of the event) They took everything in stride and met all of our wishes. Overall our event was better than ever before and it wouldnt have been possible without the Event Rentals team. The best endorsement I can give is that when we do the event again next year they will be my first call!

We are a rustic farmhouse venue for weddings, receptions, family reunions and parties. Event Rentals is our rental venue of choice as they are so accommodating with what ever our needs may be. Brenna and all the team at Event Rentals did a fantastic job providing tables and chairs for our event. They were quick to respond and had everything right on the fist try. They provided everything they said they would provide, were perfectly timed (early) with the drop off to ensure everything went smoothly and everything worked out great. The Anderson location was wonderful to work with. We probably drove them crazy adding to our order daily, but they were more than happy to work with us. Rachel helped us through most of the process and she was delightful! The day of our event, one of the generators was not working, and they had someone out with a bigger/better generator within 15 minutes. Set up/clean up was a smooth and easy process. We will definitely be working with them again in the future!

Very helpful and easy to work with. They had left an item off but make it right in a timely manner. Would have been five stars but they did not come within the hours they had scheduled and made us late for rehearsal dinner, no making up for that mistake. Love the items we rented and will go back.

Your brochure claimed “peace of mind” and your staff/team met that claim! From my 2-3 visits in the showroom to select items, to the pre-set up, to the delivery/set up, and to the pick up, I felt your company owned your claim. I did not get the name of the attendant who guided me in the showroom but she was patient, courteous and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with Parker’s attention to detail and communication during the pre-set up visit. I did not get the names of the trio set up team but they were efficient and respectful. Finally, I did not get the names of the duo to pick up but I appreciated their call before arrival and their professionalism. I do not regret choosing your company for my daughter’s grad party. I prefer the level of service your team members provided. (That’s refreshing. A lot of service industries seem to be taking a hit with lack of reliable employees!) Thank you!

I definitely recommend Event Rentals for any event you have coming up. They are wonderful to work with and have the best prices ive been able to find on tents. I rented a tent from them, they came to set up on a Tuesday.. I had to add to my order and they came back to set up again with no problem.

Event Rentals made my sons wedding a beautiful experience. When I first visited the showroom, Megan listened to my ideas about the wedding and she helped me determine what I needed to make the design come together. The pipes, drapes, valance hooks and vases arrived with no problem and all were exactly what I needed! One of the great things about Event Rentals is that they charge by the occasion and not by the day! They are the only company that I found that didnt charge by the day. I was able to get things up in the time that I needed to decorate and the delivery fee was very reasonable! If you need pipes and drapes, vases, tablecloths and other accessories to decorate for any occasion, I highly recommend Event Rentals!
