Very clean we were new there and the attendent that was working was amazing she gave me all instructions needed to get to washing very pleasant. At this laundry mat you need a card so be vigilant on what you put on there they charge 3 dollars to get your money back but its reloadable. They also offer laundry services for a good price. Machines are not as high as some of the other places. Got there about 6ish not to busy lots of machines to work with. All around amazing experience thanks for the great business experience

They lock the doors at 6pm making it very difficult to get in and out of. Plus they close one half down forcing everyone to be all up in one another The woman who works nights, and is forever locking people out, is shameless and rude. It’s used to be a nice place until they changed staff

Open until 9pm? I call BS. I arrived at 6:50 and the doors were locked. Complete joke of a business.UPDATE: after using this laundromat several times, I wish I could give it negative stars. The employee is BEYOND rude. Not only has she locked people in the store, she decides to close the business early and lock people out of the store. She needs to be fired.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PLACE FOR 5 YEARS BECAUSE ITS CLEAN BUT SOMEONE IS ALWAYS BLOCKING THE HANDICAP RAMP IN FRONT AND THEY DO NOT ENFORCE THE HANDICAP RULE OF PARKING NEVER REPLACE FOR THE HANDICAP TO PARK OR A RAMP FOR THEM TO ENTER. GET WITH IT OWNERS YOU ARE DISCRIMINATING AGAINST THE HANDICAP BY NOT ENFORCING THE POLICY

What an experience. :(The machines here, washers and dryers, are a hit or miss. One washer didnt even fill up with water until the second rinse cycle. Another one finished washing first even though I loaded and started it first. The dryers take so long to dry, even on the high temp setting. Some dont get hot at all. The laundry carts wheels are so full of hair that theyre not easily manageable. Then I went to the restroom, and the toilet overflowed like crazy (I just went #1), water went everywhere.Needless to say, some of my clothes werent clean at all. They came out if the dryer smelling bad.You cant use cash or your debit/credit card, you have to load on one of their cards, so if youre not a regular, youll lose out on any money not used.I spent almost twice as much money at this location than the one in Seneca, and this place wasnt as clean.The only reason Im giving this a 1 star is because the attendant was courteous and helpful.

My friend and I go to college around here and the washers in our dorm broke so we came here. Long story short, I am writing this review as our clothes are stuck in the dryer at the laundromat because they locked up before 8:30 pm which was the time they told us they were closing. We arrived at 8:15 pm to get our clothes out of the dryer. Horrible. We are also first year college students that needed help figuring things out and the lady was very rude.

Used to go here 10 years ago. Love the idea of using a pre paid card. Reasonable priced and clean. Tons I f machines. Will be going back

Hours outdated and attendant rude

EXPENSIVE. we did 3 loads of laundry and spent a whopping 30$+, all the while the one employee harrassed us about when we would be done from the moment we walked in over an hour before closing time. my girlfriend went outside to smoke after we loaded the washing machines, and the lady told her she needed to watch her clothes, because she was tired of having to unlock and lock the door over and over again ((which she hadnt done once at this point... however she did decide it was time to start - she locked us both out and walked off into the office while we sat right outside smoking... did I mention that theres still an hour before closing when she is literally locking us out, and everything from our laundry down to my cellphone inside where we cant get to it...)) yeah... not a great experience, honestly

Ill never in my life come back here... I asked for assistance even before I got my clothes out of the car because I knew I was new to this. The lady here was really rude and acted as if she didnt want to help me. But I brushed it off and she half assed showed me how to put money on a card I put 15 on the card but it said I only put 10. When I told her she said there was nothing she could do about it but get the owner to review the cameras. I then needed to spend the 10 dollars so I go over to the washing machine and put my card in.. well it tells me to shut the door. So I do put the card back in and it starts and locks without my clothes inside.. kmsl at this point Im pissed. But have more money to spend off this card. I put my towels in and after all of the guessing figure it out. So out of 15 dollars I have washed one load of clothes and have 56 cent to spare. Thanks one stop coinless you have made my experience at the laundry mat horrible.

The best things I can think of to say for this establishment is the location is nice ,normally clean. I was at this laundry mat 2 days ago. I have called at various times trying to get the names of the owners and have been given lies. If you or someone you know owned or knows who does own this place please let me know. I would hate to give my review without them having a chance to make it right.

An employee, Carrie, was so kind, professional & helpful! I had done 7 loads of laundry, but had forgotten one! I called near closing time and she put it in the dryer for me! The place is well-kept, clean and brightly lit. Machines are kept in good working order & marked when in need of repair. Drop off service is great, too. Thanks for a great experience!

Need bigger washers

Great concept not having to insert change into machines that cost $3‐$5 to operate. Lately half the machines say do not use, there are unprofessional hand written notes by employees on the doors and things and the soda and snack machine is always broken.

I love this place been going here since I moved to the area. Always clean, Not needing to change for quarters is great. The reloadable card makes everything so much easier.

I sit on the fence about this place. The place is clean, there are a lot of washers and dryers available. My problem is that the dryers do not work very well. Even after 30 minutes, my clothes are not dry.

The ladies who work there are very friendly and helpful! They greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked how they could help. They will have my future business!

Lady working used a rag to clean in the bathroom then used THE SAME RAG to wipe off the table where people fold their clothes. I cant even imagine what they do to the peoples clithes who drop them off. DO NOT COME HERE TO DO YOUR LAUNDRY

I used to use this laundromat last year but quit coming because its just so nasty. The worker stood there and let a homeless man rents his razors out in a 5 gallon bucket and then pour the water into the washing machine. That was the last time I did my laundry there. Just moved to a place that does not have a washer and dryer figured I would give them another try walked in there was sticky notes on most of the dryers saying do not use. And I noticed all the prices went up on them. It's really not worth it you shouldnt have to pay more than a quarter for 6 minutes to dry your laundry I believe its 30 something Cent now thats just ridiculous. And the washing machine prices have went up. Its not worth the money when you can go a mile down the road and use the same size washers for less and dry your clothes for Less. I would not recommend this washerette to anyone. The workers they have here are nasty and disrespectful.

Nice clean place, wasnt super busy when I went. Its coinless but you still have to buy a card there and put money on it, sometimes the card has issues reading.

Reading these reviews reminds me of professors that dont give As to anyone in college, haha. This place has plenty of machines so you dont have to wait, those machines take your money and make your clothes clean. Not sure what the rest of you want out of a laundromat, but this one works fine for me.

I dont ever have problems here. And the workers have always been nice to me. I do the know why others have a bad experience. Maybe its the way you treat the workers?

This makes going to a laundromat less stressful. More than enough large washer machines so you dont have to wait.

Up to date machines. Air conditioning is good, even in summer heat. Clean and well taken care of. Only drawback you have to put your money on a magnetic card to use the machines. Great solution to the old problem of where do I get change and Lord, this coin boxe is heavy. You may end up with a few cents or a dollar or two parked on your card for a while. Good for them, the keep all those little money deposits and draw interest on them until they are used. With thousands of customers a few cents here, a few cents there adds up to real money!

The attendants have attitudes. Dont clean out the lint traps...So that makes you have to spend more money to get dry clothes, dirty floors. Trash cans running over. Kids running ( No parental supervision.

Fix the heat! Its freezing in the building trying to wash clothes! The customers as well as the workers have to wear coats, hats and gloves to use this facility! This business is located in Anderson SC on Whitehall rd!
