Long lines when we went in and almost left. It would have been a mistake theyre line went so fast. Service was informative and the representative was very nice & friendly. Now dealing with phone rep was a different experience altogether. Lol

I walked in and there was about 8 people in front of me, but my wait time was about 10 minutes. Friendly staff and very competent!!

Ever since I had Xfinity mobile and internet I had never had any issues with this company. I pay lot less and get great online representatives. I had AT&T, T-mobile, Verizon, Straight talk wireless, and Metro pcs by far this company is better than them combined. I always had issues at the other stores and pay too much for two phones.

Xfinity really sucks they try to charge you for their mistakes and then wont take them off your bill they tell you one thing and then they do another but the girl Ashley that way is on me was very nice polite and courteous she also knew what she was doing great job Ashley

Staff is friendly but its still comcast. No one knows what they are doing and it all is overpriced. It comes with a monopoly they dont care when there is no competition. Store does look nicer then old store. Please dont push your phone and cable service on me when I am there. I only want internet and if I had any other choice above 50 mbps I would not be going there for that. Now that sprint is out of buisness, xfinity definitely gets the crown for worst customer service ever.

My experience with xfinity today at the store was perfect. They were quick to make sure that I was helped and that I was getting everything that I needed and wanted. Brent was especially good and refreshing to be able to be helped by someone who was knowledgeable and didnt mind spending the extra time I needed. Thanks

You have to wait a very king time even if youre coming for returning equipment. I get the covid procedures but they should have more workers and allow for quick returns

Ok these reps do not know how to do their jobs. The manager was honest with us about a trade-in. Otherwise it was a terrible experience. Tip: there is no apply to the bill feature like other carriers have.
