My husband bought me a package for Christmas, it was a 90 min. massage, hour facial, hour manicure and an hour pedicure, with lunch! Yum! Over all it was a wonderful day of pampering. However I do have two complaints. 1. I was told to go to the bath room and find my locker and change into my robe. That was fine, I found my locker I changed then I to the waiting area. I was the only one in a robe with mixed company (the robe was 10 sizes too big) I felt very uncomfortable and I do wish they had different waiting areas. 2. At the end of everything I was feeling great and relaxed, I went to the front desk to check out and I gave her my certificate. I was expecting a little bit of a charge as I wanted french tip on my toes. I Did not expect her to tell me I owed almost a $100! I aaked her how is that possible I booked exactly what was on my gift cert, with only change my toes??? She tried to explain that someone booked the wrong package for me. I was very upset as I told them what package I had and they even looked it up as a booked it over the phone. Eventually she pulls out a book and looked up my package and said oh yes sorry you only owe for the french tip. So in the end everything was fine, I just wish that little part never happened I felt so awkward discussing that with her.

If you get a facial, ask for Rachel! She’s amazing and it was so relaxing.

This was my first time going to a spa... I loved it... going back in a few weeks... cant wait... I would highly recommend this spa to anyone...

My husband surprised me with a massage and pedicure for my birthday yesterday. The pedicure was very relaxing. I was asked to come in 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork for the massage. While doing so, I checked sll appropriate boxes for a SWEDISH RELAXING massage. I reiterated that point with my masseuse and told her relaxing ONLY. She proceeded to give me the most painful deep tissue massage. I was sore in the afternoon but today hurting. Wish that the customers wishes could have been met.

Service and staff was amazing. Michelle was my massage therapist and I could not have asked for a better one facility is very nice and clean

I had the best massage with Felicity! She even gave me some tips for stretching at home to help relieve the tension I get from working on my feet at weddings. I felt so much better after my massage! Thank you!!

I was looking forward to getting a facial from here but I was disappointed. I spent a lot of time searching for a great spa in the area and noticed this spa was well liked. Not once did the esthetician address my skin type or tell me the name of the products she would be using during the facial. I walked into my appointment hoping to leave with new products to use at home to address my skin concerns, but was only recommend African Black Soap. I was hoping that this would be a place I could come at least once a month but I will not be returning.

Very professional and nice environment. The staff was very friendly. Keisha did a wonderful job on my facial. Next time Im home I will stop by again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my one hour swedish massage and I will definitely be returning. A very relaxing atmosphere through out the entire place. Highly recommend!

I am absolutely in love with my experience with Kathryn!!! I was so neevone about having a person do my spray tan, but she was so sweet and made me feel comfortable and relaxed! Im super pleased with how my tan turned out and really cant wait to get married now!!! Ill definitely recommend her and be back!!!!

They give the best spray tans in town for a good price and mine always last at least a week.. less if you are very active

I bought my wife the Modern Momma package (hour mani hour pedi lunch and hour relaxation massage). Im very disappointed. I got her this for a relaxing day at the spa but it turned into bleeding cuticles on her toes (she has mani / pedi frequently but at other places) and has bruises today from the massage. Instead of a relaxing day shes now painful and sore from the experience. We had a coupes massage here 5 years ago and both enjoyed it - seems like the quality of service has deteriorated since then. Im highly dissatisfied with what happened to my wife and I will definitely share this experience with all the people I work with in the school district as well.

Needs better signage but nice place.
