Savannah was super awesome! Some of the rent to own companies are very pushy and pressure you to buy, even items that arent what youre looking for and she didnt do that! Much appreciated. An item I was interested wasnt available and she took the time to show me what they had similar and it was a better choice by far. Thanks Savannah! Youre a rockstar

The staff were very friendly and we didnt have to wait long for service. We both got what we wanted and it didnt take a whole FBI background check like most places. Tell them Mr. Curtis White and his wife sent you.

Very professional staff with good quality products. Helped us out when we needed to fill a house with furniture in time for Christmas and couldnt find what we needed elsewhere. Comfy mattress; great quality. Delivered on Christmas Eve! Recommended highly!

Buddys is awesome and Melissa and Brianne are the best. Most of their stuff is brand new and the few things that are previously rented are in great shape. They are 100 percent up front with price and pay off info. They are very easy to work with. Always have prompt delivery of items. Couldnt be happier with the service and items we have gotten from Buddys. They are the only place in town I will use from here on out. Buddys is excellent.

I came to edit my review and thank the new sales manager for calling me & apologizing & offering to make this right. although I use another company for my furniture now I really appreciate the gestureoriginal review They are not professional at all I waited 4 months for a bed I ordered for my son and paid money toward just to keep getting a run around saying it was on back order then today Im told they no longer sell the bed and that it will take 7 to 10 business days to get my money back and not once did they call me I had to call numerous times and just like today I was told they would call me back well hrs passed nobody called me back then I call & they tell me this mess I do not recommend anyone to use them!

Melissa and Brianna are sweethearts! All of our stuff is in perfect condition. They explained our contract to us and didnt leave us confused about it at all! As long as you let them know that you are having problems they will find a way to help out! Cant wait to get get more furniture from them!

JUST LOST A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER!Called and asked a few basic questions to make sure I would have everything I needed and the guy was rude as crap! Asked if he was having a bad day and he said hed just got off the line dealing with something...AS IF THAT JUSTIFIES HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Apparently he did not want to go out to work in this little snow we have today...HA! Absolutely wonderful service and awesome furniture

Honestly I wouldnt give them one star if I didnt have to just to write a review....they are awful their attitudes suck all but a couple of them they harass you the day your payment is due they blow your phone up! I could understand if my payment was late but they call the morning it is due! They are rude and lie and their prices are out of this world I got a used washer and dryer that has broke several times they fixed it and Im still paying over $2000 for them got a couch and some glass tables also used rubber pieces missing off of glass so glass sides on tables I told them they have yet to do anything about it! Of course paying like $1800 for it too! Then on top of that they claim I didnt make a payment when I do make my payment every week trying to charge me extra the following week claiming I didnt pay the week before! They just need to either get a whole new crew or just shut this store down bc obviously they have only one star for a reason! They are probably about to lose a customer!

Well to start off there service is horrible i got a living room set from here and i took three days for it to come there was always some excuse . got my funtiure and found bed bugs in it the man tried to tell me it came from my apartment ive never had a problem at all i havent been here long the whole time there was nothing in my living room . i am beyond degusted !
