This is the WORST place you can get your phone fixed at. My camera had a simple glare in it from a crack on the top glass. I went to get the top glass replaced. The camera has NO issue just the glass on top. When I got my phone back the camera was broken. In addition, they erased the pictures I had taken earlier that day so I couldn’t prove the simple glare. They then wanted to charge me 100+ to replace the camera that they damaged trying to fix the simple glass. Go somewhere else these people are awful.

I had the BEST customer experience at this store!!!! I had previously called multiple repair shops who had quoted me high prices on my phone repair. When I called this location, the representative, Chuck, was insightful, helpful, and honest regarding my repair. Rather than just quote me a number, he walked me through the details of the repair, what it would involve, and what he considered the best next step in his personal experience. I appreciated his candor, honesty, and his willingness to take the time and provide the customer with an honest answer. I would highly recommend this store, or at least Chuck who went above and beyond.

We brought in an iPad with a cracked screen. They also found that the battery was damaged. They were able to make all the repairs for less than half of what it would cost to replace it. They did an excellent job, especially communicating updates and we were very happy with the results.

I wouldnt recommend these people too ANYONE!!! only thing they did was replace my screen and after they did so my phone has been glitching, cutting off, and trying to enter password so it disables my phone.. your best bet is too just get another phone before giving your money away too Cellairis in Anderson Mall, prices are wayyy too expensive for their poor work.. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!

I went to take my phone back up there from the second time after not fixing it the first and paid for it and all then today i went up there and tried to get my money back or to tell them to fix my phone and they was so rude and was smoking in front of me and dont forget im a kid they still did not fix my phone or gimme my moeny back.Dont go here!!

If I could give less stars, I would. RUDE would be an understatement. This man was way overpriced and when he realized I had some knowledge about how phone repair works, he became even more condescending. I would not recommend anyone using this location or supporting a business owner who conducts himself in this manner. I rarely ever write reviews about companies, but this gentleman deserves some humble pie!

This is the worst place ever to get youR phone repaired! Customer Service is horrible. The owner is extremely rude and so are his employees. Had my phone for 3 weeks for a broken screen , I paid 160 dollars initially when dropping the phone off. Then I receive a call saying it will be an additional 50 dollars. I go to pick up my phone and the screen is not even placed on properly. We bring the phone back and he puts some type of adhesive on the screen. 2 weeks later I go to use my phone and my screen is completely black. I go back to them they refused to do anything about and they were arguing with me and finding every way to place the blame on me. Then this ignorant employee tells me that they dont fix Samsung phones after they completely destroyed my phone and took my money.I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE THEY ARE TRASH. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU NEED YOUR PHONE FIXED.

My Iphone 7 plus screen was fixed August 14, 2017 by this company. I woke up this morning and my screen would not do anything my phone had no damage to it I had not dropped the phone or anything. I was 100% sure that it was a bad part put on the phone. I took my phone back to them this morning and they refused to do anything about it. I paid them $180 for my phone to only work for less than 30 days. I also was gave the run around to talk to the manager he was not concern either. At the end of day I ended up going to cpr paying another $130 to get it replaced which was cheaper than Cellairis and that came with a lifetime warrenty with or without a receipt. So I would highly recommend not getting your phone fixed here. Very bad business and its fires me up knowing I work way to hard for my money and its business like this in society that will just have you throw your money down the drain.
