My wife ordered me a Klim jacket for my birthday from Likens through Amazon but it never arrived. USPS claims they have no record of it but Amazon says it was delivered. Amazon first suggests to make contact with the seller, but Likens was not willing to refund us for a product that we never got.Thank you for taking our money.

I ordered a pair of Klim mittens off of the Amazon website from Likens Outfitters. When the product arrived I received gloves, not mittens. The product was approved for return, however, I was responsible for paying for the return postage. I called many times and left several messages to Judy Likens and never received a response. I am a very unhappy customer and do not and will not recommend using this company. Very poor customer service Likens Outfitters.
