Lately I have had nothing but trouble with Woodforest. Today my card was declined even though there was more than enough to cover the transaction. Clerk got on the computer then told me my card could be used in 15 minutes. Two hours later still wont work.

This is the best bank I have ever worked with. Especially the people in office they really work with you when needed and do everything they can to get you taken care of! Definitely five stars!!!

The Business accounts are terrible I opens a account , and had some issue hold up my companies capital causing our venders to not trust us i have deposited over $24000.00. into the account that has been closed three times without notice. and now they wont give me a date when cashiers check will be sent out from our balance. This is caused hardship within my company its time to contact legal advise BE A WARE BUSINESS OWNERS

I love this bank! I recommend it to anyone, they also pay you a day early!

My family and I have been banking here since they opened. I used to hate it, but these last few years have been a huge change... in a good way. We love Woodforest now. I love the staff at this branch and love that if any purchase or activity seems fraudulent, they immediately block the cards/accounts until they speak to me. The hours are perfect as well!

Well, to open an account I can get a check cashed.. but when trying to deposit the same kind of check-in I have a seven say hold. Wow, inconsistentancy at its best.

I closed my account after being over drafted due to the $7 monthly fee for banking there. Needed verification that i closed my account and they want to charge me $20.

Spelled my last name wrongHas kept me from recieveing $$$.

This bank is hard to deal with and they never never never never answer the phone. Plus hoooorrible customer service.
