The Anderson SC office was wonderful to work with. I have dealt with another national water restoration company in the past. SERVEPRO was by far the better company to have in my home. They were always considerate and professional. SERVEPRO TECHS actually tried to create as little additional damage as possible. NOT SO WITH THE OTHER NATIONAL COMPANY...they came in and proceeded like bulls on a China factory. I would highly recommend SERVEPRO for their professionalism and wonderful customer service.

We got flooded due to a toilet tank supply line in the master bedroom busting. I heard the water running but thought it was my upstairs neighbor taking a shower. We had an inch or more of water cover the floors in our entire home in about an hour to 1-1/2 hours. I called Russ with Servpro and we started sweeping water out of the front and back door. It only took Russ about 20 minutes to get here and get to work. He sucked up the water in a flash and left air handlers and a dehumidifier to finish the job.
