Just wanted to say thank you for such a friendly staff which made my son feel comfortable and not nervous when he had to be tested for Covid.There was a young lady that helped us and she was very nice and friendly to us . Thank you so much for being there at your job to test people and doing it happily it is greatly appreciated keep up the great work and customer service .

If you are looking for COVID testing near Anderson, you have to try this place. I had been exposed and wanted to get tested. I made my appointment online and went to the lab to get my test. Stephanie at the front was super nice and brought me straight back and took my temp. Then she took my sample from just swabbing the inside of my nostrils. (not the one that goes so far up your nose) It was painless and so quick and easy! I got my results the SAME DAY! Thank goodness I was negative, but I was so grateful for the quick experience for my peace of mind.

Probably the nicest nurse Ive ever had in my adult life. Had a rapid test and I didnt completely understand the different options. She did a great job explaining it to me.

I have been to this lab in Anderson twice over the last couple of months with such a positive experience. I had a ‘unique’ situation and had been to two other labs In Anderson that were unable to help me. The office was extremely busy yet Stephanie took the time to help me and I greatly appreciated the help.My go to lab if I have to go to a lab!!!

From booking the appointment online, to receiving my test results via phone within 30 minutes, the rapid Covid test I had taken with Arc Point was so simple and hassle free. I was able to get an appointment almost immediately and to find out if I was Covid positive so quickly was amazing, it really helped reduce the stress of waiting and not knowing. After I found out I was in contact with someone who tested positive, I was so grateful for Arc Point’s friendly and speedy testing. I previously had a TB test at this lab and both experiences were great, I would definitely recommend them!

The waiting room was filled with chairs, not distanced at all and they were letting a lot of people come in and sit and the room was small. It made me uncomfortable. I would’ve rather them make us wait outside, distanced, then come in and be close to other people. Otherwise it was a good visit.

I went and got a Rapid Covid Test done on Friday, December 11th. My appointment time was 3:15pm. I was told I would have my results in an hour. I’m writing this review on Saturday, December 12th, at 4:37pm and I have still yet to receive my results.

Great experience! I needed a rapid PCR to visit someone, made the appointment the night before, was tested at 10:45am and had my results in 20 minutes!

I would never ever recommend this place for services. SneakPeek Early gender testing marks this place as a clinical option. My sample was mailed out TWO days after given (the day my results were suppose to be given). Then when I called to get an update I got nothing but a run around. Save yourself a heartache and stay away from this company.
