Very friendly management - always pleasant when I deal with them. Units are clean and have had a great experience storing a car there. Recommend for sure.

Well lets see.. watch trying to pay online. Their system was down and i assumed it didnt take money.. wrong 4 payments at once still havent got my money back been waiting over 2 weeks for my check.... Im running outta patients.

The best experience Ive ever had with a storage facility.Super clean my storage unit was free of even cob webs. For an outside storage that is rare.Friendly and helpful staff.I am glad I chose this facility.

Clean & well lit.

I have a unit on MLK Jr. Blvd. I have never had a problem in the 4 years there. The friendliest people in Anderson work there. SHOULD HAVE MORE THEN 5 STARS

I paid for a storage unit on Friday and got there Saturday evening and couldn’t get into the storage unit because they never took their lock off it so there for I couldn’t access the unit I had paid for and couldn’t contact no one and had to pay to put my stuff somewhere else I will never ever go to them and and I was moving to Georgia frustration

Must watch for mice and mold. They will not compensate for damages to your stuff when water floods in your unit
