No other company could beat Allstate’s price when I was shopping around for insurance! I literally called every insurance company and got them to quote me a price. I Should of switched years ago knowing what I know now! I even got my parents to switch to AllState after being with another company for 25 years!!

Hit or miss thats why I left plus better rates at state farm

I originally went in to get a coverage removed off my policy and to have my auto draft date changed, the agent I met with told me to not pay my bill until later in the month after she cancelled my auto draft and we would set it up at the correct date. I then called later in the month on the day she requested I called to make a payment and set up auto draft and she informed me because I didnt call the week before that my policy had been cancelled. ALL BECAUSE I DID WAS I TOLD TO DO IN THE EMAIL SHE SENT ME! Furthermore she got an attitude when I started asking how it was going to be fixed and essentially said its not her fault and that I would just have to deal with it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I now have to get new insurance and pay more because I had a lapse in coverage because I followed their instructions.

Every need I have is met by very professional, friendly, and a timely response. They saved me $100 dollars a month on my car insurance versus what I was paying by one of their competitors. Also they dig to ask questions like what who is my life and home insurance with to save me even more a month by bundling my policy. I love this agency!

Called to request a quote to add my son onto my insurance policy their rates were considerably higher than another policy that I was able to find. Contacted their office during this time to notify them that at the end of the policy I would be cancelling my insurance with them. I also inquired at the time as to when my policy was paid through and what date it would end on. They replied and never told me or said that of the three options they had for adding on my son that they would automatically add him and that I would owe more money to them. I sent them a letter 6 days before my policy was up and they informed me that I owed $282 because they had added my son as a driver without telling me or without my consent. I view this as unethical and underhanded.

Been with them 3 years.. I just wanted to add a car to MY policy.. seems to hard to do..
