They offer the personal touch and local community type relationship that is missing from so many other businesses these days. They’ve taken care of all my insurance needs and I have the utmost confidence in them. 5 stars isn’t enough!

When it comes to my well-being and liability, I’m not interested in calling into a call center or talking to a different person every time I might have a claim or even a question. At Palmetto, I get to talk to my agent who has been the same person over the last 15 years. And I can trust that they will not only handle claims but also answer the simple questions I have along the way. I appreciate dealing with local and supporting local.

I have always had quick service and very helpful staff whenever I call or need anything. Recent experience when needing to transfer documents swiftly and Palmetto was very quick to respond.

They were kind every time! Super easy to work with and accommodating.

So I signed up with them, with them knowing my excluded drivers. They gave me a great deal. Then a week or two after I signed up with them. They told me they are canceling my policy in 30 days due to an excluded driver. Who they knew wasnt a driver. So this was in December right. I get a letter in the mail retelling me they will be canceling my policy. So I went and found a new insurance. They charge me anyways for the month of January. So I called them to get this resolved. They said they couldnt help me. That the agent told me the wrong date of when rhe policy would be canceled which was why they charged me for January over drafting my bank account. So never doing business with them again

Have been with them for a while, certainly a good company BUT, am seeing some issues with speaking to them on my insurance to remove certain coverage, removed and then you receive a later statement with it right back on there. Seeing also a long time lapse in time with their rep suppose to get back with you on an issue that needs addressing for ME the CUSTOMER that keeps their doors open. Rates have jumped as well which concerns me.

Ive been with this company for over 10 years. My parents always used Palmetto Insurance.Never had any issues. Excellent customer service.They even find me better rates at times which is a win for me. 5 stars.

Held the line for an agent for 5 minutes listening to the loop “thank you for calling Palmetto Insurance, your call is very important to us. However, all operators are currently assisting customers. Please hold for the next available attendant”.

Horrible customer service. they used to be decent, but now when you call they just pass you off to the company that you have your policy with. whats the point of having a local office if you dont help people over the phone? even a simple address change they had to transfer me to the company.check elsewhere in town for an independent agency that actually helps you in the office (hint: the peoples agency)

Worst place ever!! Call in to change something on policy and they just put whatever they think is best!! Dont listen My ex wife of 3 yrs ago was still on my policy!! Called multiple times to have her removed only to not be removed!!! They suck

I had Workers Comp. Insurance with this company. The agent that I dealt with did not record the information that I provided to her. And that Palmetto requires this information. Some how she doesnt remember any conversations. Her neglect is now costing me $1700. I have reported them to the BBB and they are looking into them also. So please, DO NOT get any kind of insurance with this so called insurance company, eventually they will rip you off. DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM HERE, pass this information along to everyone.

This brokerage firm will find rates at 50% less than the major auto carriers and will keep searching for even lower rates. I have been using them for years, and I knew the founder when I was a child; he is now deceased, Mo Bruce who has a daughter my age named Tolly Bruce.
