Everyone is extremely friendly at both locations. Just moved from the bay area and couldnt ask for better customer service that you would never find in the bay. They always have something I want to buy. Love how they have a website. Great that they have new and used items. Always getting new stuff, I go whenever I know Ill be driving near either location.

I highly suggest that no one ever buys or sells furniture from Amazing Finds. I have had nothing but problems with the people there. From the minute I bought furniture to selling furniture. I received my furniture broken and had to wait even longer for the replacement. When selling furniture, they hold onto your money hoping you don’t pick it up. They tell you the item sold for one price then give you a check for a lower price. They have done nothing for me but lie and take my money. Do not trust them. Absolutely terrible customer service. I have never had so many issues with a business before. Never again will I buy or sell from Amazing Finds.

Great! They have a huge selection, gave my daughter some online information and let us look around. We got there late but they didnt hassle us about it. We definitely will come back and bring our friends.

They do have nice things, BUT.. if buying furniture, get a better lighting view of it before you purchase. The store has lots of shadows that hide stains and dark areas until you see it in the sun or a well lit room. Just be sure what you are getting is what you want. They sell on consignment!

The Red Bluff store is more organized than i have seen since my last visit, plaisant experience in looking around the store !Tailor who manages the store was very professional and helpful in explaining the procedures about the consignment rule !Thank you Amazing Finds .

Its good to see an owner defend himself against shallow, selfish, and entitled human beings. Never been to the store. But reading the reviews and comments was great

This was a disturbing visit. One of the men working there was up in his office screaming at a young boy and then proceeded to come ask if I needed help. Was very unsettling and weird. There was also this prisoner looking guy with all black on walking around asking if we needed help. Was not sure if he worked there. The big guy behind the computer was rude and was making mocking noises when I asked him the lowest hed go on a couch. The place was filled with so much trash, and junk that part of the place looked like a junk yard. I also found cigarette butts on a piece of furniture. Extremely cold inside! Horrible!

Just walked into this store at 450pm on a Friday and started to walk the store. Guy at desk hollered to us that they were closing in 2 minutes. We said your website says 7pm and got some string of mumbled retoric. Rude. Didnt have the courtesy to walk up to us and explain even decently. So if their from the door is propped open with the OPEN banner showing, may want to ask their employees if they are actually going to let you shop before you go looking. Or, they could fix their hours so customers dont make they the trip?

The staff offered to let me buy something sight unseen and promised to refund it if I didnt like it. They were very helpful, and I was able to get what I wanted with my time and distance constraints.

If I could leave negative 5 stars I would! Absolutely horrible service. My husband and I picked out a $600 couch thfat we were told was brand new out of the box as of two weeks ago. We asked for a discount since they did not have a new one in box. They gave us $50 off. Delivered it today and there is a 6 rip on the top part of the lounge. We called them to let them know there is a rip and they told us they documented it in theyre computer that we bought the couch knowing theyre was a rip. WE DID NOT KNOW! Now they are refusing to fix the issue by giving us a new couch or even just the piece that is ripped. The general manager at Redding store called my husband a liar and says he knew about the rip (we did not) and was very rude and hostile towards my husband on the phone. At this point we want our money back after hours of dealing with phone calls back and forth and being treated like liars. They sent workers to pick up the couch with no money in hand and we do not trust them to give us our money back since they put in false statement saying we knew about the rip. As of now we are keeping the couch and taking them to court! This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. And they straight up documented a lie! Point blank period they are ALL liars and theives!! I do it understand how theyre still in business with so many lawsuits against them. They are shady and unprofessional! Buyer beware!

I think this is their third move in 4 years. Now in a huge location off Airport road. Way off the beaten path, hope they make it. There are a few deals there, but be prepared to see a large amount of junk.

Very outdated items at outrageous prices!!! Very disappointed
